you dont get what you ordered. its already expensive so when I order i want what I ordered. this place is a disappointment! they need to do better!

it's sad that the 321 N Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville, TN 37923 location is the WORST location possible. $17.46 and we would have gotten more and better food from a McDonald's happy meal. on to of the chicken being gray inside the breeding and gray an off taste

Cook Out is really good for a fast-food level restaurant. The shakes are an excellent add on. I got the Banana Pineapple Shake and was not disappointed.

Slow drive thru!!!. Tho my fries were fresh I’d expect them to be, the burger was fine but the chicken quesadilla was the 2nd worst I’ve ever had absolutely disgusting taste, dry and not properly put together at all. This combined with the slow drive thru I will not return at all the few weeks I have left in town
