Horrible! When ordering at the Tifton location, the young gal working the counter taking orders was HORRIBLE!! She used the F word towards us on about 6 occasions and no other employee said a word. She’s full of total disrespect, and extremely hateful! She should terminated or required to take some hospitality training!! You young lady SUCK!!

It's just take-out/drive-up. The person who took the order was like a robot and unpleasant. No thank-you, nothing. When payment was taken, I was just handed the bag. No verbal exchange. Pepper was ordered, but none was in the bag. The burger was dry and tasteless. Other Ccok-outs I've been to have been excellent.

Had to get staff's attention as they were focused on the drive through and didn't see us at the front counter. Milkshakes were great! Other food was ok. The burger was small and dry. Bathroom was very dirty. Most tables needed to be cleaned. We ended up eating in our car.

Workers yelled from their cars while smoking weed that the lobby is closed instead of doing their job.

The food options are incredible and the prices are amazing. I make sure to stop there on every trip down south. The Quesadella (spelling) was great and the BLT is probably the best value.

Cashier was the rudest. Walked smiling and said hello to him and he rolled his eyes and then just stared back at me. Literally said nothing while taking my order. The people in front of me tried to ask questions and the guy would just give yes no answers. I understand having a bad day but this guy was going out of his way to be rude.
