The pizza we got was covered in grease and made my little cousin throw up. Im not sure if i got a bad pizza, but still, i expect it not to come back up once you eat it.

Got to Dominos when my order (large beef pizza) said it was ready on the app. Showed up and the guy said my order was still in the oven. Got the pizza about 2 mins later. It had undercooked pork bits just laying on the top.. clearly they made the order wrong and decided to just put pork, instead of beef, on top and run it through the oven one time.

My husband and I are frequent customers of Domino's, and we recently had an issue with our order. We ordered three New York-style pizzas, but when we arrived home, we discovered that only one of the pizzas was the correct style. I contacted the store to inform them of the error, but the employee who answered the phone insisted that all three pizzas were New York-style. I explained that we have extensive experience with pizza and could easily identify the incorrect crust. The employee mumbled something unintelligible, and there was a period of silence. At this point, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager came on the line and reiterated that he had made the pizzas himself and that they were all New York-style. "He then stated I don't know what to tell you!"Â Not the customer service I expected

Ordered pizza, sub and a salad…. Salad premade and wilted with melted, wet cheese, soggy tomatoes and translucent onions! Just throw the whole establishment away! The pizza was stuck to the top of the box bc it got smashed from having something set on top of it. Traveling all day to order food and still can’t eat. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was visiting the area and accidentally ordered carry out from a neighboring towns store and couldn’t come get it. The young man who answered the phone when I called to tell them I would not be able to pick it up offered to bring it to my hotel after his shift because although it was outside the delivery area, it was on his way home. That is the kind of service that should be rewarded. It’s also the type of human the world needs more of, and the pizza delivered was also delicious. I was not able to add a tip to my credit card because dominos no longer does this at the time of handoff? I’m very disappointed by this. The kindness he showed was more profoundly timed than he could ever know. An experience that creates loyalty to your company whether you like pizza or not. Thanks again to this young man whose name I was too exhausted to remember.

Horrible!!!Out of town, placed order for delivery had phone next to me. When I called an hour later they informed me that they called that they could not deliver…never got a call!! Horrible customer service!!!!
