Great food and service here. The guac was tasty and the salsa had a rich tomato-y flavor (as my wife would say). Fajitas were hot and tasty. Extra charge for cilantro, which I wasn't aware of, but it seems many restaurants are charging for that now. Just across the street from TA truck stop.

This place was great when it was Mariachi. Not so much anymore. Salsa was bland tomato puree. Chips had a bitter burnt taste. Carnitas were dry. Good tea was the highlight.

As a New Yorker, I'm fortunate enough to have delicious and authentic Mexican restaurants near my home. I would say that Taco Bell has food that is closer to that flavor and quality than what is served here. Literally no seasoning that reminds you that you're eating Mexican food. I ordered the Little Bit of Everything, and it was beyond disappointing. Bland and with odd textures (why is the chile relleno CHEWY?). Jalisco used to be significantly better before the change in management a while ago (I have family in the area and used to stop by their old location while visiting). Now, it's just really not good at all.

Carnitas so good ?
I ordered a complete to go order for 25 people. I set up a Taco/ Fajita bar for a church supper. The order was ready at exactly the right time. Food was delicious. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

One of my favorite restaurants in Manning, South Carolina to visit when I'm craving Mexican food. The staff is very friendly and will take care of you.
