15 minutes waiting on hotcakes with sausage and 2 sausage burritos, got no burritos and hotcakes were room temp cakes. Today 12-23 they'll pull you to the curb for ANYTHING and make you wait for them to trot out carrying orders for like 4 cars and no one at the windows. Like why?

I got a quarter pounder with cheese on dec 21, 2024 at around 5:27. Would have been nice to have actually gotten the cheese on my burger, I also bought a sweet tea but there was no sweet tea machine so I had got Diet Coke instead :/

Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. 25 minutes to fill an order with no line. No napkins. No ice. No soap in the women's rest room. Dirty counters. My order was missing items. The person's order behind me was missing items. The order console wouldn't take a payment. Avoid at all cost.

Went there tonight after the parade, ordered 10 nuggets and 2 apple pies from curbside. 45 MINUTES LATER, when i went inside got my food, left, and IT WAS STILL THE WRONG ORDER. Go to burger King down the street. They slow too, but they at least make sure you get your order.

Wherever I travel I will always end up eating at McDonald's because I love their products.
And all my 54 years of life, I have never been to a slower less organized McDonald’s in my life it took almost 20 minutes to get our food we had to beg for it and it was wrong and the order was wrong and customers been sitting outside 30 minutes, waiting on their food! Never again… I’m done with McDonald’s period! It always seems. It’s been sitting around for days and that’s everywhere. Not just Manning!! Or get delivered

This is literally the worst McDonalds. I have traveled extensively over the United States and never experienced anything like this one in Manning, SC.
Attitudes are the worst. The food is either not heated or overcooked! I hate stale or hardened breads. Filet o Fish always over the top with sauce and cold. The 1/4 pounder always with the hardened bread. Big Mac sloppily put together and crazy amount of sauce in it.
Breakfast not much better. Countless numbers of times while using the drive thru… wrong order or missing items every time.
This isn’t brain surgery. Customer service 101!

The food was cold, a soda was spilled on the floor in front of the fountain drinks and it took them about 15 minutes before someone actually cleaned it up. Two employees walked through the mess to fill their drinks and a toddler was sitting and playing in the mess.

We arrived 30 minutes before they had any kind of rush in the morning. Our food did not come out for 30 minutes and they forgot my wife’s frappe. After asking for her frappe, the front counter server proceeded to ignore the request and was rude to her. We walked out ten minutes later and my wife never received her frappe. Awful location, will never be returning.

I just wanted a sausage cheese McGriddle and instead all I got was confusion and frustration due to the lack retainment when being trained i actually worked at McDonalds it shouldn’t of been this hard and not to mention the nasty attitude I received because the little peon doesn’t know how simply push the right buttons definitely won’t be coming back
