Terrible staff..... been sitting on the reserve spot about 20 minutes now. I could eat faster in a steakhouse. Get rid of the junk and hire good people.

I work the night shift, and every time I come to this McDonald's on my lunch break, they say it's closed or the system is down while employees are standing outside smoking. The business hours for Friday and Saturday are 24 hours.

Always takes long to give my food when I order through curbside. They always forget items/not remove toppings that I request to not be on my burger. Staff tends to be very rude when bringing up any problems directly to them

This is by far the worst McDonald's anywhere. I just sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and the guy in front of me only got a coffee. When I ask why the wait was so long was given we are training new people. At breakfast rush! Poor management. Needless to say when I got my food it was luke warm at best.

We waited about 25 minutes for cup of tea and cheeseburger , after this still 10 minutes cup of hot water for crying child. They needs to improve their job and not sleep more And I forgot to remind that they didn’t give the milk for my child, we sawed this late in our car

Very shitty attitudes from the workers. Broke down car in the drive-thru. Out of chicken and sauces. They still pulled our car and the car ahead of us to a waiting parking spot and we waited about 30 mintues overall for 2 snack wraps and 10 nuggets

I have 8 at McDonald's all over the country and I have to say this is one of the best McDonald's I have ate at I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese I had to wait a few minutes to get it but that's okay because it was one of the freshest and the best one I have ever eaten!
Yall dont even deserve a 1 star at this point, I order 2 frappe, payed, told me to pull up, im waiting and waiting, finally brings me 1 frappe, I told them I had 2, okay be right back, cool, waiting and waiting, finally I go in, they tell me, oh its down right now, so yall just going to have me sit out there and wait, and not tell me or offer me a refund,I was there waiting over 20 minutes, so disappointed, I will not be going back to this McDonald's, smh

It shouldn’t take 36 minutes for TWO sandwiches to be made. 3 cars went through the drive through in the time it took them to make my sandwiches. Somebody needs to hire new employees or something. I think it’s insane to wait THIRTY SIX minutes for two mcCrispies when there are 6 people working and hardly anyone ordering.

This is the only McDonald’s that I can say I do not like the one in Manning South Carolina. They are very slow. I went in on a lunch break. I only have an hour. I spent 35 minutes waiting on my food today I went by there went inside ordered a Rib with no onions or pickles. My seat says only sauce. I bring my food home cause I was just getting off of work get home to eat and it’s loaded with onions and pickles. Please somebody get on these people and make sure that they do their job and make sure they do it in a timely manner. They need to learn some lessons from the one on Highway 15 in Sumter. They are the best.
