Waited for 45 minutes for 3 large pizzas. Daughter picked them up. There was almost NO sauce on any of the pizzas. 1 pizza had completely incorrect toppings. Another pizza had ZERO toppings! All 2 pizzas were cold. There was 1 small, half-filled cup of marinara sauce for 5 breadsticks.

I would love to give 5 stars. The lady that answered the phone when i FINALLY got through to the local restaurant was very understand and polite when I called with my issue. I believe her name was Sage. I explained we paid $6 delivery fee then tipped another $6 only to have to go to the store anyways to pickup the missing item. I was upset and she was calm and polite the entire time. Apparently the young man doing the deliveries didn’t double check our order. The food was good and delivered in a timely manner. I’m just tired of paying delivery fees and tipping only to have to go to the store anyways. This is not the first time it’s happened. Aside from that we are very pleased.**** Check your order before the driver leaves!!! **** Update: My son went to the store and said the lady at the counter the counter was also very polite and gave us a credit for next time to cover our delivery. I’ve updated the rating to reflect the service. The food would be 5 stars if they added more sauce.

I have always had a good experience with this pizza hut! The pizza is fantastic and the staff is mostly always friendly. On days like today when I got off work late they are a life saver for dinner.
My experience with this pizza hut was the absolute best experience yet… friendly staff …excellent staff and my pizza was ready at the promised time .. I will be ordering again
