Very nice hotel

We really loved our stay, room was very clean, water was very hot!!! Great amenities and bed slept great. Only problem was the tub was a little slow to drain but nothing serious
They had plenty to eat for breakfast too

Noteworthy details: Didn't hear other people's doors opening and closing, nor could you hear any traffic

I received a text prior to arrival asking me to check in so I provided my information, took a pic of my license, provided a card for incidentals. That was a waste of time because I had to do it all again when I arrived.
The bed had metal panels along the frame that must have been loose because they banged against each other, loudly, when we moved.
They sent a text when I checked in asking me to reply if I had any issues. I replied to that and they wrote back that no one is available. Then why did you ask me to reach out if I needed anything?
At breakfast there were four containers for cereals but they had two containers each of cheerios and Froot Loops so no grownup options.
The property around the motel was littered with trash and beer cans and bottles.

Positives: bed was comfortable (except for the small pillows), water pressure was good in the shower, room was clean

Rooms: The room was nice. There was a hardwood floor. There was a sitting area with one comfortable chair plus a desk chair.
The king size bed had 4 smaller than standard pillows. The bed frame was metal and had panels along the bottom, possibly to help people not lose things under the bed. The problem was that they were lose so when you moved on the bed, the vibration made the panels bang loudly against each other. This made sleep difficult.

These people are liars and scam artists. They DO NOT HAVE A POOL or PULL OUT SOFA BEDS!!!! And there facility is bug infested and the rooms have pungent nasty odors. They lie right to your face after lying online and on the phone. Crooks!!!!!

Check in on 9/20 for an overnight stay. Quick service without a wait. Woke up to a big water bug crawling in the room. Very quite location. Upon check out the service desk took my key then said thank you. I said I was told I would get my 50.00 deposit back which a sign on the desk so the guy said wait a minute which I did. The lady got on the phone and then she gave it to the man he walk off and then left the desk to return with pillow cases three stating that they are damage I told him I had a headscarf on so he charge me 10.00

If I could give zero stars I would the hotel had roaches cigarette burns on the tub and no extra bags for garbage then the manager was unbelievably rude and they double charged me now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone
