We go to the Manning SC Sonic. We enjoy the staffs positive attitude food is really good. If you can't get to this store you can always do Door dash and they can deliver your food.

The food was mediocre, but the service was GOD AWFUL.
The lady who took my order was extremely rude over the intercom. When she came up to my truck to hand me the food, things were fine—until I mentioned they forgot my sundae. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then went off to get it.
Then we realized they gave us every sauce except the one we actually asked for: Ranch. I told her, and she snapped, “We only give out one ranch.” I replied, “I don’t think you understand—you didn’t give me any ranch at all.” I then apologized for HER mistake as I didn’t want to seem like an aggravating customer when she then rolled her eyes again, scoffed, and stormed off.
She sent a coworker to hand me the ranch. That person was alright—no “hello,” no “here you go,” no “have a great day.” Just handed it to me without saying a word. Fine, I can take that.
But while my girlfriend and I were sitting there eating, the original girl came back out and handed me two more ranches—with the rudest expression on her face. And yes, she rolled her eyes again before walking off.
I’m never one to leave a bad review, but this genuinely upset both of us. We were expecting the bare minimum, and couldn’t even get that. Sonic in Manning needs to do better with their employees. The potential is there, but the service is just not. Not when we are paying $40 for two people to eat.

We love Sonic but the girl you have working the window is monotone and rude. I almost wanted to say SORRY to bother you. Please teach your younger staff that friendliness is important. Then she brought the food out and basically threw it at my husband & it dumped all over our car. All she said was sorry and walked away. Not happy.

The owner of this store should not own any restaurant. Worst sonic ever and I take my family to sonic every Wednesday. We always get all the kids Wednesday wacky packs which this sonic does not honor. First sign of cheap owner. We still ordered our normal order that came to almost $50, which normally would have cost $25. And all our food was double cooked, everything. The burgers, fries, tator tots and chicken. Which indicates they use old food, 2nd sign of cheap owner. Even the strawberry limeaid tasted horrible. All around worst sonic and restaurant owner ever. Choose a new business buddy.
I had not been to Sonic for a few years and decided to have lunch there while traveling. I was not impressed with the meal. The cheeseburger was a mess to eat and the tomatoes were not close to being ripe. They serve fast food at best, nothing special

Placed order, no customer service. Changed shifts. While the next young lady was more pleasant, 30 minutes later, nothing. While we watched others come and go. We decided to leave.
