Ordered a grilled chicken on white with 3 simple toppings. Got frozen chicken, stale bread and a bad attitude from the staff. If you're traveling, just keep going, there's other option up the road.
Since corporate doesn’t have a way to submit a complaint online, I’ll reach out here. The food is ok, but service is lousy and rude. Having to ask the folks to repeat themselves multiple times because I couldn’t hear them (heaven forbid you have hearing issues and they are both super quiet and talking extremely fast and I can’t read lips at that speed…) and then getting upset is strike one. Then when you ask them to add a few more toppings because they barely put on anything and slam stuff around when you ask for what you’re paying for- strike two. For me, strike three is when the dude is slamming cookies back in the holder upset when I am trying to ask my daughter what flavor she wants and he grabs one of both without me asking him to and then I have to correct him to please put one flavor back because it wasn’t what I asked for. I then ask while putting in my phone number for rewards and he blows up about me using an app because they magically no longer take phone numbers for subway rewards (like they have for a while now AND is listed as an option to check in…). I just say to heck with it and pay and point out he’s been rude the entire time and while I go to get my drink, he’s arguing how he’s not rude.
Want a way to find out how not to get customers back? This is it. Other locations in the manning/sumter area does not have this problem, so I plan on just heading to those instead for now since subway has decent food usually.
The staff here don’t follow orders well. They tend to look dumbfounded when you request for your food to be made how you want it. They also act as if they don’t understand English, so I repeat until the request has been granted. I believe the guy’s name was Sam.
Saying they don't bake cookies fresh no more when a customer request it and this the only location I ever got my cookies baked fresh for the simple fact the cookies that's already made be OLD & HARD & NOT FRESH. Things ONLY CHANGED ONCE THESE INDIANS CAME AND TOOK OVER . Was never like this at ALLLLL. Guest if you want a cater order it won't be fresh either
A really clean and tidy place... I can say that of all the subways I've visited, this is the best!!! Congratulations to the work team
Very good tuna sub sandwich. The team is very patient and helpful.

I arrived at the Subway on September 15, 2024, at 8:50 p.m., only to find the door locked. According to both Google and the sign on the door, the store should close at 10 p.m. The staff kindly explained that they had been instructed by their manager or owner to close early if no customers were present.
Three other customers also arrived expecting service and were quite frustrated by the early closure. This seems to be a recurring issue that corporate needs to address. With few dining options available late, it is crucial for the store to adhere to its posted hours of operation.

Hard bread!!! The cookies almost chipped my tooth!! The sub was ok but just go to the Walmart across the parking lot and get the ingredients to make your sub at home!! 0/5 stars!!!

Very poor experience. We were given sandwiches that were egregiously incorrect and poorly made, so we went back to right what we thought was just the wrong order. Unfortunately, we were met with laughing at us and arguing over what was made, though we could point to several mistakes in the sandwiches. Eventually, our sandwich was remade- but do not recommend ordering a sandwich online with this branch, as it is highly unlikely you’ll get what you asked for.

Is it me or has the diversity of staff has changed in this store...one time in the past when you go in there, the were diverse of both old and young staff, nowadays its the same 4 people in there all the time!!!

Sam and Saksh Thinks it was funny that my order was messed up. I kept calling the store and he kept hanging up on me. So I drove 20 minutes to try and remake my sub and asked why he kept hanging up the phone. He replied what’s hang up the phone laughing. The other Indian lady was also laughing. I got his picture from someone who left a review. They are very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate. I use to work at subway and I know all the rules and ect and when people say a type of sub you know what meat to put on it then they tell you the fixings they want.
