I arrived at the Subway on September 15, 2024, at 8:50 p.m., only to find the door locked. According to both Google and the sign on the door, the store should close at 10 p.m. The staff kindly explained that they had been instructed by their manager or owner to close early if no customers were present.
Three other customers also arrived expecting service and were quite frustrated by the early closure. This seems to be a recurring issue that corporate needs to address. With few dining options available late, it is crucial for the store to adhere to its posted hours of operation.

Hard bread!!! The cookies almost chipped my tooth!! The sub was ok but just go to the Walmart across the parking lot and get the ingredients to make your sub at home!! 0/5 stars!!!

Very poor experience. We were given sandwiches that were egregiously incorrect and poorly made, so we went back to right what we thought was just the wrong order. Unfortunately, we were met with laughing at us and arguing over what was made, though we could point to several mistakes in the sandwiches. Eventually, our sandwich was remade- but do not recommend ordering a sandwich online with this branch, as it is highly unlikely you’ll get what you asked for.

Sam and Saksh Thinks it was funny that my order was messed up. I kept calling the store and he kept hanging up on me. So I drove 20 minutes to try and remake my sub and asked why he kept hanging up the phone. He replied what’s hang up the phone laughing. The other Indian lady was also laughing. I got his picture from someone who left a review. They are very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate. I use to work at subway and I know all the rules and ect and when people say a type of sub you know what meat to put on it then they tell you the fixings they want.

I had an amazing visit! Sam and Sakshi were wonderful! The food was amazing as well! Their customer service is the best! I will definitely come back and suggest everyone come during their shift! There was an unruly customer in here and they handled her like a pro! I wish I could rate them a 10/5!!

I went in to buy a salad that I normally order online and normally pay $11.71 but when I ordered and payed for it in the restaurant the cashier told me my total was $14.86 so I asked her why was it so much, she said that I got extra meat, told her that I order this everyday online the same way and I have never paid this much for it so her and her coworker started talking in a different language. I told her if it’s that much she can keep it so the other coworker told her to give it to me for the same price I normally pay. To make a long story short order online or go to another subway. Employees are very rude.
