Our experience there was great the food was awesome , our cook Charles was AMAZING :) , the server was very rude but charles made sure we had our refills and everything we needed! He’s a great Server/Cook we ended up tipping him and hopefully he will receive some better help.

It's waffle house, it's clean and the cooks wear gloves. I was impressed with this one. Our server was good, and the higher up management was also there and she was cleaning the skillet teaching the cook how to clean it. Everything was great. They do not do military discounts.

Poor customer service! Our waitress never came up to check on us, and we constantly had to ask for everything. It took 45 minutes for them to get us our waffles, and I never plan on coming back to this waffle house again.

The Master Chef this morning was fascinating to watch and Deisha was a great waitress. Everyone was very on top of things. Best service I have had anywhere in quite awhile!

I didn’t get my servers name but she was a young, slender black lady. Super nice ! She was the best part of our experience. We arrived around 10am June 21. They were not busy but every table that was empty was dirty. Our server quickly cleaned us a table and took our order. The cook made her wait about 10-15 minutes to call our order even though there was only about 3 other tables. We waited another 10-15 minutes for our food. The cook sent out my waffle completely raw. The server offered to prepare another waffle when she brought it because she knew it was not good. My husband was almost done with his eggs before he got his sausage and he was completely done by the time I got my Waffle. Our server kept apologizing. I really felt sorry for her because she was the only person actually working. Another server was sitting at the low counter with her feet propped in a chair. The 2 tables behind us were dirty the entire time we were there. As we were leaving the server that had been sitting finally got up and started to clean the tables. Our server deserved to work in a better place with better coworkers. We dine at waffle houses every time we travel and we have never waited 30 minutes for food in a half empty restaurant. I hope the manager appreciates the one good employee they have and I hate that I don’t know her name but she deserves better than she works with

Last night we visited the waffle house, located in Manning S.C.

Upon entering, there were 2 tables seated and 2 folks at the bar. Arriving to the table, it was unwiped yet, had menus on top of dried cup rings.

The waitress eventually walked over and took our drink and food orders (picked up the menus and wiped the table).

Clock ticks as we watch people coming in after us, get their food cooked first. People that arrived after us, already eating and paid while we sit and wait, still no food.

Time was of the essence and seeing as how an hour passed and one sandwich, one hashbrown bowl was too much, we had to excuse ourselves.

If you're going to pick and choose who gets served first, rather than when orders go in, please put a sign on the door. This way, if you aren't one of the chosen, you can elect to spend your time and money elsewhere.

I came back to change my review from a month ago. I went to the same waffle house yesterday and a 100% inprovement. The staff were friendly and the food was cooked perfect. I am always happy to give a business a second chance. It really depends on your staff. So happy to see the improvement and thank you for a great experience.

Previous experience:
on a Saturday night at 855pm. There were no clean tables so we picked the least dirty. There were employees there, but they did nothing. We sat there waiting, and eventually, someone said they were waiting on a shift change at 900pm. Well, considering we are hungry, this has nothing to do with us as the customer. They obviously were not cleaning tables or taking orders as if the business should just stop. All the shift change people show up after 9pm. It took the new waitress 10 minutes to come take our order plus the cook was not there yet. Upon ordering, it took a while, then they got my order wrong, so while my boyfriend ate his, I had to wait another 15 minutes. They were very disorganized and it was the worst experience at Waffle House I have ever had.
