Ordered promptly. Waited 10 minutes and burgers were cold, lettuce was wilted. Never received the sauce I ordered. Ketchup machine was empty. Do better. Christmas bells on the tables was a nice touch.

They need to fire everyone in Wendy's in manning, sc , even the manager needs fired, they are so slow, I waited almost 30 mins for a biggie bag deal, and a large fry. Then the fries was cold, even though that's what I was told I was waiting on was fresh fries, fries was sloggy and cold, the double stack was also cold , so I asked for a refund . I will never step foot back in Wendy's in manning sc.

This is the SLOWEST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. We placed a mobile order well in advance and had to wait 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) to pick up our food. There’s no point in making a mobile order if you have to wait around for it.

Constant issues with every order, breakfast, lunch, and even salads are not done correctly. Missing half of my meats or the burnt Cinnabon's I will not be going to this location anymore. Can't even get a good salad anymore.

Waited in the drive thru and no answered the machine so we parked and went inside where we had to wait at the counter to even have our order taken they acted like they didn’t want to be there. Workers kids running around. There was two employees when we walked in from the drive thru then as we waited for Our order to be taken 4 more come in from the back doing who knows what. Will not come here again now I can see why you have a now hiring sign.
I was traveling and had to stop for a bite to eat. (7/28 8:02pm) They greet you with a smile and just seem like they were having a good day. Love the young lady at the window that held my food while I went to the bathroom inside.

Food was good and fresh. Except no soft drinks except diet sodas in machine. Very busy but not enough help. Had to be ignored for 10 mins and ask to put in order. Then waited 15 more while everyone behind got their orders. Again had to ask and reply was they hadn’t gotten order in kitchen yet?? So they looked somehow and found it. Meanwhile employees are working their butts off trying to keep up. Not their fault, kudos to them for effort. but not enough help, no sodas, no clear lines made for a less than pleasant experience
