Dining room closed. No chocolate Frosty. Drive Thru took 15 minutes. Food was fresh, but wrong. Gave me buffalo chicken nuggets instead of the regular, dry spicy nuggets.

It took 5 minutes for baconator fries through the drive-thru and there were only three pieces of bacon on it they weren't broken up just pieces thrown to the side it tasted great but looked horrible and not enough bacon

Food was hard. Cold fries, nuggets burned and hollow, chicken so hard I couldn’t eat it. I know it’s fast food, but it should be edible. The cashier was sad. Bathrooms were filthy.

Didn’t even get a chance to order our food before we decided to pull off. As soon as we pulled up to the drive through we were ready to place our order but the person on the speaker yelled with an attitude “one moment please,” then proceeded to take about 10 minutes before she came back on the intercom. As soon as she came back she had a nasty attitude like we did something to her, and while we tried to place our food it would go silent for about 2 minutes at a time. We just decided to go across the street to cookout because that was absolutely ridiculous. I get needing a second to order especially if you may be busy (which they weren’t), but the attitude was uncalled for.

I asked if everything was in the bag. The girl said yes. When I got home I was missing my French fries. I paid $31.68 for 2 combos, which is outrageous to begin with and they couldn't even complete it correctly!! I tried to call and nobody answered the phone either time I tried. First and last time at Wendy's!

Terrible staff all the night shift were rude and unprofessional. Even with recepit they didnt want to give us our items and told us to just keep going. Lady with red hair was terrible. Guy with glasses as well. They just kept laughing and saying they didnt know when were showing them the receipt! Never go there worse wendys ever!

The day we were at Wendy's it was wonderful. Friendly employees, good food and clean dinning area. I did not go into the restroom but assumed it was ok. I'll go back and take my family.
