Drive thru attendant was rude. Chicken was not fresh. Usually one of my fav spots. One of the worst Zaxbys experiences ive had.

I am awfully upset this week when I went to Zaxbys. I am in town for work and have been here 3 weeks. During that time I have come to zaxbys at least 2 times each week for a Zalad!
I read on Instagram the Wing Wensday is a thing here at Zaxbys. So I decided to try the boneless wings.
As I approached the counter the lady there had no idea what I was talking about. So rather than ask a manager for advice or help they lost a customer.

Fun staff, I didn't like the food. I asked for a strawberry lemonade after spending like $30.00. They told me it would be another $1.00.. I was ready to leave.

I love Zaxbys. But this location the service is either really bad or really good. Also sick and tired of the doors being locked at 11am on a Saturday and there are employees inside. Third time!!!

Took way too long to get food.

We stopped in on a trip to Charleston and we're starving so I will say we are most of it. However (and this is something I've never said before) the fries were OVER seasoned. I mean way over season. It's like they were trying to season them and the lid fell of. I'm not exaggerating I promise. We were digging fries out of seasoning. The chicken was fine as usual just not as hot as you'd expect from Zaxby's. Also there was something in my wife's coleslaw with the look and feel of a boiled egg. Not sure tho because she didn't eat it. Anyways yeah maybe it was a one time thing but we were in the car almost crying laughing cuz we couldn't stop gagging on the fries but we were sooo hungry. We drank water between each fry and even tried to pat them off first.

Came to order and they only had diet options but wanted to charge you to get a different drink other than diet if I want a regular soda with my meal, I can’t get it, but it will charge me to get the only options they’re offering.. look if your machines are broken it’s not the consumers responsibility to financially make up for your losses. That’s bad business definitely would not recommend coming back to this dirty unwell kept restaurant.

Drive thru only for no reason. Inconsiderate inconvenient. Would not waste my money here.

Stopped in on our way home and had placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 5:03. When I got there (4:58) it was not on the mobile order shelf. We waited a few minutes thinking it wasn’t ready, but would come up soon. We did notice from the time we walked in a bag was sitting on the counter behind an employee. At 5:05, we asked said employee if our food would be ready soon (that bag was still there). He said “No, they’re still working on it”. And proceeded to hang our receipt up on the window, but never asked anyone. At 5:15 (now 17 minutes after we arrived and saw the bag) we asked a different employee if our food was still being worked on. That employee grabbed the bag from the counter and said it was ours. I politely explained to him that because we know it was sitting there for at least 17 minutes AND we had asked already, we would like it to be remade. He said he completely understood, approached his manager, and from what I could see explained. She & another man come over now and he tells us rudely “We understand you’re upset, but we don’t remake food.” My husband explained to him again what happened, reiterating that had the employee just properly checked as he should have, this wouldn’t have happened. The female manager (short, black & blonde hair) was very rude and said “it’s only been sitting there for 5 minutes.” I explained that I knew that it had been at least 17 minutes & AGAIN that we had already asked an employee who failed to do his due diligence. They argued with us for another moment before saying with attitude that they would remake it but next time would not. Don’t worry! We won’t be back so it doesn’t matter. They “remade” the food and it was still room temperature at best so I’m sure they just let the food continue to sit there when they took it in the back. While standing in the back “remaking our food” you could see the same female manager with no gloves on scratching her hair while standing over the line of food. Overall the staff was rude & unprofessional. The sanitation is NOT there. 0/10 don’t waste your time.

The food was good, my favorite was the fries and the cheesecake bites with strawberry dip. I liked the kickin chicken sandwich, messy bit good. A quick eat.
