I purchased a salad from this location as I always do. On this particular day they gave me the wrong salad dressing which was blue cheese and clearly on the receipt it stated ranch. When I got home I placed the wrong dressing on the salad which was blue cheese, in which I cannot eat. I went back the next day to express my concerns n for them to replace my salad. The manager told me I had to bring the old one back from the day before. So I did. Luckily I still had it in the refrigerator but I had to dig the bag n wrong dressing out the trash can. Why would a establishment put a customer through this????
I took the salad back from my home and one of the manager's proceeds to look in the bag with no gloves or anything to prevent germs into the restaurant. Nobody didn't give an apology or anything. Customer service is terrible!!! And for me I work in the retail world as a operation manager you suppose to take care of the customer. I wasted gas n time due to poor management. I highly recommend for someone to look into how this establishment is being ran.

Nothing amazing. The service was fast but there isn't much flavor to anything served. Their food acts more of a vessel for an average sauce.

Chareeza was very nice and smiley taking our order. The gentlemen behind the counter noticed that I was squinting to see the menu and he handed me a paper copy. I loved that he was attentive. My son said that an employee asked him if he needed anything while he waited for our food order. They brought our food to our table. Bathrooms clean. My other son said this is the best zaxbys he has had and he loves zaxbys. Even the gentleman tidying up the floor sipped to make sure food tasted great!

I was just here ordering a Cobb zalad. The drive thru board said 10.19 but they were charging 13.19. I mentioned this and he said the board was different from the computer and a worker yelled “Do you want the salad or not?!” I drove off because they won’t be rubbing my chicken across the ground.

Road trip meal stop. Quick service and food was fresh and hot.
Supplies were well stocked.
We had salad, kids meals, grilled chicken sandwich and plenty of fries, funnel cake, and cookies.
Drive thru, mobile orders, app. Easy in and out. Eating area- tables were clean. High chairs - family friendly. Restroom were maintained- hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper.

This place was off the interstate, so I wanted something quick. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal with extra fries instead of coleslaw. I opened the box and received a 4 piece with coleslaw. I had to go inside and wait for them to get it right and I received a "hold on a minute". Not an I'm sorry or anything. It felt like I was putting them out for their mess up. Usually Zaxby's is pretty decent but this one I don't recommend.
