Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Workers were playing around and just stared at us when we walked in to order. Reluctantly took our order. They had no KETCHUP, the same as last week. They are often out of salt and pepper.
My husband’s chicken was lukewarm and tough. Our French fries were also tough and barely warm.
This restaurant is usually good but when there is no manager present, it is terrible. There were 6 or 7 cars in drive through when we got there but employees were not in any hurry to serve fresh food. They definitely need someone competent in charge.

Guy working drive thru was great. Girl that took my payment and handed me my drink acted like I was a major inconvenience to have to wait on me. No thank you or anything.

Dining in is not fast. The drive through was continuously served while inside waited. Staff apologized but couldn't change the flow.

We stopped here on our road trip, fresh and absolutely delicious. There was a long line but the workers kept everything moving fast.

It is cold as a freezer in this building I would go home an not work if I worked here this is how people get sick it 40% out side an 48 in the store

I was there with friends,they loved the food I didn't eat wasn't hungry I took advantage of the restroom at the time it could use some attention wasn't very clean it served my purpose however it really could have been better...

I'm eating my salad and find hair in it I mean come on I hate when I'm eating something and things in it that's not supposed to be in it turn my whole stomach!

Food was ok, nit greasy. Frenchfries were very good. I was impressed by the indoor decor, it's like a Steakhouse Restaurant. Downfall was the Beverage machine that was touch screen was filthy, I didn't even want to touch it. Windows where we sat had finger prints. 2 of us and 3 of another party were the only ones there.

Went there this evening and got 2 boneless wings and things coke and tea and a four piece chicken finger plate and a kids tender both teas. One of the wings and things didn’t have anything tenders in it , my wings and things had RAW boneless wings. I’m not one to right reviews, but that raw chicken things is a no for me being it can make you sick as all get out.. I will never go there again bc this isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location but first in awhile. Then my bill was $46 maybe a tad more. And I love to far out to turn around.

The young ladies who hepled me were smiling joyous an so nice. Definitely visit again an bring more people next time. The food an atmosphere are worth the money to be treated like family.

Walked in and employee Avary(name on receipt) sat at the front counter on there phone while I stood waiting to order, additionally there were 2 other employees standing around in the dining area.
