The Kakery in Marietta SC is a take out restaurant with an old stone exterior and crushed stone parking lot. There is no inside seating; order at one window and pick up at another, and can sit at picknic tables outside. The menu offers toasted fried Bologna sandwiches that are very good, filling, and about 1/2 lb. of bologna each, priced at $7.50. Other popular items include pork sandwich, wings, brisket, hotdogs, and the BEST chicken salad. Homemade desserts are also available. Many return for lunch or dinner and are surprised by the quality.
