I have to say that, this is the best Bojangles restaurant I have ate at in years! My family and I had ordered an 8-piece family meal combo with a sweet tea. One word, "Delicious!!" The chicken wasn't even that greasy! I have ate at many Bojangles restaurants in the past and the chicken was very greasy! So to say that I didn't experience that here, is a plus! The manager, Diane and her team were very professional, courteous, and polite. Which is very hard to find these days! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants some good food! Compliments to the chef! ❤️

It’s bojangles, the food is pretty damn good you just better hope they’re not out of their most popular food items. The workers are kinda unprofessional but who cares it’s a bojangles. my biggest complaint is they don’t never have any of the damn food i’m trying to order. and it’s definitely better on certain days. I’ve haven’t really had a “bad” experience other than them not having what i want and maybe the lady taking my order be slightly rude. (could’ve just been a bad day)

The food was not great- it tasted like old popeyes. It was our first time at a Bojangles because we do not live near one and the guy was not patient with us looking over the menu. And our sodas were flat whe. we got them. Didnt love it.

Drive thru service sucks at this location. People there are rude at the window. I sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 10 minutes. Then I pull up to the window the lady was rude and told me to drive around and get back in line. After I already told her my order at the speaker. She said I wasn't in the sensor. I will never eat at this location again!!

It's the most disgusting food ive tasted in a while. Ordered a number 7, which is a steak combo. The steak was overcooked and must have been old. And the biscuits have been setting for a long time. Fries were like they were redropped, just all around nasty. A waste of my money would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Horrible!!! Had to sit and wait 15 minutes for "thighs " to come up(they offered to give me 2 DRUMSTICKS for 8.99!) then threw in whatever sides they had sitting there because they were CERTAINLY NOT THE ONES I ORDERED!!!!! ALSO LEFT THE BISCUITS OFF ONE OF THE ORDERS AND made it their business NOT TO PUT IN THE GRAPE JELLY I EMPHATICALLY ASKED FOR WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER! $20.00 WORTH OF NOTHING.

So read the reviews about rude manager. This lady is great. Believe someone took it wrong. She's stern lady and doing great job. Came in. Treated like old friends. Every customer in here she made sure had everything they wanted and food was like they wanted. I eat at alot of bojangles. Some suck. This one is top tier.

I assume she's the manager. I ordered inside. She threw the money in the register and slammed it and practically threw the food and cup on the tray. They are loud as I have ever ever seen in any type of fast food restaurant. It's an awful atmosphere in the dining area with the hollering and cutting up that the staff are doing! You can't even enjoy your meal!! I wish the owner would do something but I've been coming here for years and nothing is ever done. I rarely come to this location anymore. I go to Dillon or Conway if at all possible.
