Just went to Burger King in Marion. Tried the drive through, waited for too long at the intercom, so went inside. Already not a good fast food experience. Took a bit for us and the lady in front of us to get waited on. My son wanted to try the churros. I didn't realize they were so short. Usually churros are longer. Not worth the price and too well done. This reminds me why we don't eat fast food in Marion very often. They tend to be slow on service.

As far as Burger King goes, this is a pretty standard franchise and has been around for a long while. My main complaints are that the staff seems to always be upset except for the store manager who has somehow perfected that famous "fake southern hospitality" niceness. It's honestly a little off-putting to go inside and eat but the food is fine enough more days than not, but the quality is pretty topsy turvy; you never really know if your food is going to be hot or if it's just been sitting there for two hours. The worst part of the whole thing is the dining experience, the cashier's will take your order but dear god don't have any issues with your order because you will not be getting anyone's attention any time soon unless you stand at the counter for ten minutes or so. I'd honestly recommend going somewhere else most of the time unless you just really want Burger King for lunch. Onion rings are great though 👍

Kid-friendliness: Not particularly alluring for children but there are some TV's set up in the lobby

Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in with a little effort but it's a little tight when you get inside

First impression is always great customer service!
The manager on duty had a very unpleasant attitude. First I was never greated for my service. As a manager working in fast food you should always wear a smile on your face and great the customer whom paying for your business to stand tall daily! One of them employees was using his cellular device while at the sandwich station , he begin to the back never changed his gloves came back and started fixing food with the same gloves he touched his cellular device with!! Lobby was out of sweet tea! Drink station was dirty . And a customer almost had a slip and fall accident in the lobby due to a pool of water on the floor! It’s one thing to have bad service and not to get fresh food is another thing. Only time I receive good food is when the store manager is on duty!

Had to wait in line inside for order to be taken 10 minutes. No one at register to take orders. Look as though they were only concentrating on the drive Thur service.

PLEASE train your employees!!!! The past three times I have been the order was wrong!!! They act like they don't know how to put an order in right. I will not be going back. Waste of my time and money. Wish I could take stars away!!!
