Absolutely love the food, margaritas, drinks, waitresses but the phone is constantly ringingggggggg and the host never answers it. It’s like Chinese torture. At least mute or lower the volume so we can enjoy the music, food and conversation. There has not been one time (I’m here at least twice a week) that the phone is not loudly and annoyingly ringing.

I was really looking forward to trying the queso bacon fries, but unfortunately, they were a huge letdown. The portion I received was barely sauced—there was hardly any queso on the fries, and what little there was had already cooled down and turned clumpy. The bacon bits were sparse and didn’t add much flavor or texture. Overall, the fries were dry, bland, and just not enjoyable. For the price, I expected something much better. Definitely wouldn’t order these again

The waitress was extremely lacking. Came to the table one whole time, and missed half the order. The food portions were ridiculously small. Wait time was unreal.
Overall, extremely disorganized place with unprofessional staff.
I'd rate no stars if possible.

I have to say this place is very good but the service could be better. Not necessarily the inside service but outside. What do I mean by that? Answering that phone, if they truly are that busy they need to expand and have a designated person to answer the phone. And if you’re going to answer the phone and put us on hold what’s the purpose of answering? And why not do it properly and mute the line. I could hear everything going. And if anyone’s wondering no, I never got to place my order. Please do better.

First time in. Waitress was nice, pleasant. Place was clean. Food was decent. Pricess were typical. Seated, Ordered, got our food, ate. All was good. But she never came back to our table after she gave us our food. No asking how the food was, no refill of drinks, no box for leftovers, no check. You dont get a check at the table. You have to go to the front to pay. We weren't told that. We just kinda figured it out. You stand in line with all the pick up order people and people ordering to go. It was a bit of a wait. We happened to see the location of the to go boxes and grabbed one our self. A little more attention to each tables would be good.

Staff are very rude and hostile when asked questions. The parking lot is terrible. Place is rarely open I have 0 idea of how this place is still open.
