Gerald's Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor

My husband and I just got ice cream, but the ice cream was the best! And, the owner, who waited on us is a gem! The inside restaurant is very nice and we look forward to going back and staying for a meal.

Was in town for an event and went here to eat because we wanted a local little diner type place. It was very cute and charming and the service was great. The employees were very sweet and welcoming. However, the food was less than average, and way overpriced. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries and I got a burger and fries. We shared an order of onion rings and each got an ice cream to go. It was $52! I could have eaten a nice steak dinner for less than that.

Kindness is everything in a place of business and this restaurant displays it to the highest. Prices are great especially for the pork chop sandwich, me and my husband favorite

Food was good, people great.

Been going to Gerald's off and on since Jan 2023. The food is good, the milkshakes are great. Their hamburgers are really good, get their "seasoned" French Fries, fried fish is good, tried several types. The people there are great, friendly, etc. They can be a little "pricey" nothing off the chart. The one draw back is they can get busy, my advice is call first.. even pick-up time can be long, but they do call you to let you know. So with that, there's a reason why they are busy.

My husband and I live near the restaurant so it’s nice to be able to pick up some food and bring home. My husband says the hot dogs are wonderful (we only get Nathan’s when we grill them at the house because he is particular about his hot dogs!). I enjoy the chef salad. The honey mustard dressing is delicious. We also get chicken tenders, which recently have become soo good! Fries and onion rings are on point. They are friendly and work hard to ensure orders are done right. Amy is awesome at getting orders fulfilled in a timely manner and making sure it is correct.

it was good but I won’t come back

I love this little spot. It is close to home and the food is delicious. Everything is made to order and is fresh. The indoor sitting area feels like sitting at your grandparents' house, and there is some outdoor sitting space. There is even a drive thru! Overall, it is a great place to eat.
