B grade by health dept. Place is dirty. I placed online order for new double smashburger. Got a single chesseburger instead. It was good but not what I ordered so I was overcharged. Wont be back. No other customers.

Was trying to sit down and eat and have a good time went the employee came up to our table telling us they were about to close and didn’t even ask us if we wanted to cancel they said they were going to put our food in to-go boxes and when we went to go pay we had a 30 dollar up charge on our receipt and they also were in a hurry to leave

I ordered a pickup order online, and when I got to Marion, they were out of food. Needless to say, they did not give me any food, nor my money back. I have never experienced this before. I should have received my money back. They told me to contact corporate.

Came in to get a quick bite and it turned out to be an hour and half wait and still no food. We had to leave with no food because we had to get back on the road. This will not be a place we would come back. They were understaffed, not sure if the waitress was the manager, but she stated that her waitress walked out on her and that her cook was under the influence and she had to send him home. We ordered a BLT and they didn't have any tomato, which was fine. We also ordered a bacon egg and cheese with grits and they had no grits. My granddaughter asked for an orange juice and it was so watered down.
Huddle house used to be my breakfast place. Nothing like a ham and cheese omelet with hash browns. Had not been in a long time. The place was empty, 3 customers including me. Got my order rather quickly. I won't be going back. Omelet not fluffy anymore like they used to be. Hash browns were too hard to enjoy them. Nothing I ordered was good and getting it to go didn't help. 19$ ☹️

This is the most hood place I’ve ever seen. I went In Today and the first thing I was told is that they can’t use the cash register. This place alwayz has something stopping them from servicing the public. Nasty place. Not clean. Rude people. Just all around a place that needs to be shut down. Don’t spend your money or time. Go to Aynor Waffle House. Worth the drive.

It was the worst service I’ve ever received at a huddle house. I use to be a huddle house employee. And they weren’t taken any orders at 11:25 am because they had to prep . I had to ask for ice water 4 times. They had no wings but after we ordered them it took 15 minutes before we found out they were out

I've given this establishment 3 opportunities to do the bare minimum on a to go order. First time they didn't have strawberry topping for a waffle which is fine but the waitress didn't even mention it and when I went through the bag and asked she just said they were out. When I asked what our options were instead of strawberry the poor girl didn't seem like it even occurred to her that I would possibly want an alternative topping. The second time I went to pick up my order I had grits instead of biscuits and gravy, when I pointed this out she said they were out of biscuits and gravy so they just put something in the bag. Once again the waitress didn't even think to discuss my order with me. Just put whatever they felt like in the bag. Now today, I ordered at 11 Am my husband went at 11:30 to pick it up they mentioned it was not ready he came home ans left again at noon. He was then told they hadn't even started the order because they didn't have green peppers lol bless this poor wait staffs heart. If you are looking for poor customer service and a restaurant that will definitely get your order wrong, stop by this Huddle House. It will be an experience!

How does huddle get away with paying there server 3 dollars a hour to cook and serve. It doesn't seem legal. This happens a few times a week and it's sad because people don't leave tips when the waitress is beat red from running back and fourth to keep customers happy. Tip your server that earns bare minnuim from huddle house corporation there management don't even step up!
