Absolutely terrible service. Husband went there after work tonight, after placing a mobile order. He waited for an hour. Asked multiple times what was going on with our food. Was told once at the 20 minute mark that our food was still in the oven. Then at the one hour mark, he was ignored, and other customers were acknowledged over him. I called since he was being ignored. They hung up on me twice, and were extremely rude. They did not give us our food, my husband had to come home empty handed and wasn’t even refunded. The employees were horrible, were not attentive, and were just talking to each other the whole time, not serving the customers like they should, or answering the phones. Last time we ate from here our pizzas were severely overcooked. I don’t think we will be back. This was the absolute worst service we’ve ever received.

Still still here waiting on my food. Which was ready for me, I had ordered online. The drive thru window was open. Neither one of the workers even acknowledged the fact that I had pulled up. Instead they continued arguing about change. One lady finally walked over said yes ma'am not even how can I help you. I said I've already paid I ordered online she said Good you can wait right here close the window and here we wait. Probably need to steer clear of this place the help is very rude and inconsistent
I know that the owners of this establishment probably don't care because this is an ongoing thing! The young lady that is making the pizza is always chewing gum with her mouth open the young man with the braids is vaping in the store! There's no manager anywhere to address this issue!!!

They are really really slow These places are supposed to be fast. Not here. My advice, buy some frozen pizzas and keep them in the freezer. Cook them for a half hour. It's faster.

Sat in the drive thru at 8.46pm and they tell me "we closed" like bruh you're now at 8.56pm after I've sat here waiting telling me you're closed but you don't close till 9pm online.

We waited in the drive through, as the second car, for 15 minutes. Then I ordered 2 pizzas and was told $10. I paid for the pizzas, then the lady told me to pull around. I asked if there were any other pizzas ready, and she said no, that it would be 10 more minutes. I wish she had told me that before I paid. $25 minutes for subpar pizza is crazy, especially when the employee is unapologetic and ill tempered.
