I stopped in on a work trip today, got there right when they opened. The food was good and fresh. They had fried fish and shrimp on the lunch buffet, which from my experience is rare for a weekday (Friday) at a Chinese buffet. They were good, too. The buffet plus tea was $15.90, and in a world where fast food combos are $10-$12, that seems okay for all-you-can-eat. The service was good and the bathroom was clean, too. They have 2 kinds of soup, salad & fruit bar and dessert at one section.
The y also gave one bite fried section.
The fried pork is really good.
They also have yellow and white fried rice with wok favor which is good.
They also have 2 kinds of noodle..egg noodle and bee hood.

Inhave enjoyed eating here for almost 30 years, but the flavor of the food has changed. With Mrs Sherry now retired the new cooks have changed things. WAY too much 5-spice used. Im.sorry to say I won't be eating there as much anymore.
