We get dinner here often n our orders r usually messed up and we have to wait forever whether it's moblie order or driver thru. However tonight I went in and Bralynn(sorry if misspelled) was quick, polite, even asked if I want the 4 meals bagged separately, which i loved cause my order is usually messed up. So thanks so much Bralynn for your excellent customer service.
Shift Manager Justin conducted excellent customer service. The employees were all respectful and I didn’t have to wait no longer than 2 minutes before the food was ready and fresh. Also the store was very clean !!
The best time to go by is breakfast shift and late night. The mid shift is full of teenagers and adult teenagers....on their shift you can expect incorrect change, incorrect orders and another of horse playing while paying costumers have to wait for food only to be served someone else's order...but break is always the bomb at the golden arches.
