We get dinner here often n our orders r usually messed up and we have to wait forever whether it's moblie order or driver thru. However tonight I went in and Bralynn(sorry if misspelled) was quick, polite, even asked if I want the 4 meals bagged separately, which i loved cause my order is usually messed up. So thanks so much Bralynn for your excellent customer service.
If you’re looking for authentic Scottish food this doesn’t even come close. With a name like Mac Donald’s one would expect at least one or two typical Highlander meals, no haggis, no scotch pies, not even a bowl of Scotch Broth. \nThe hamburgers are good, as are their milkshakes.
Shift Manager Justin conducted excellent customer service. The employees were all respectful and I didn’t have to wait no longer than 2 minutes before the food was ready and fresh. Also the store was very clean !!
