12/19/24 I just gotten to enjoy the best pizza i had in a long time. The freahness and taset took me back in time. Lol but thumbs up to tonights crew. Keep up the great work. Be blessed

Pizza Hut second shift management is a lazy, ignorant, rude, and arrogant person with no regard for the job they are being paid to do. Due to her lack of management skills, orders are taking far too long to reach the window for delivery. With that being said, time is money; Both of which because of employees who do the bare minimum; my wife is losing out on both time and money. The team and management of October 22, 2024 in the early afternoon perpetually lying to my wife saying the pizza was going in the oven when clearly no pizza really was and after close to an hour and extremely high tensions they finally pulled the customers order from the hot box and it had been ready the entire time. Not only was the customer's order extremely late to be delivered due to the actions of acting employees on the shift, my wife's ratings have gone down and she was demoted with a loss of wages she could've continued to earn throughout the night. I would like to see responsibility taken and integrity shown by Pizza Hut to make this situation right. Because of their actions, my wife is earning less money than she should be.

Charged for cheese on one topping pizza that was supposed to be free. Said since it's cheese it's Xtra. Manager argued and hung up when asked her name These people are rude....called corporate. Not the point of money it's rudeness and ridiculous excuse. Called 2 others and they told me cheese is included as topping. They gave me corporate number to report

"I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent order from Pizza Hut, as my order arrived late, was cold, had a hair in it , and overcharged.I called and sent a email about my situation through the store and corporate. I have 4 incident reports. After speaking with customer service I was told I would get a refund and as of 5/7/2024 I have yet to receive my money back and it’s been 2 months. I have never had an issue all of my life as customer of pizza but until I ordered from this store , totally unacceptable!" Was told upper management would reach out to resolve this problem and yet to have spoken to one. This is utterly ridiculous.
The girl outside talking to someone instead of getting the food out. My order was cold and wrong. The Manager was sitting in his car instead of doing a quality check. The girl thought everything was funny. I am not pleased

This is the absolute worst pizza hut franchise ever. The pizza is always bad, they finally get a pizza that was decent, the hot honey, 2 weeks later it's no longer available. Now I remember why I never order from here. I won't forget again.

One of the better Pizza Huts these days. Pizza Hut isn't as good as the old days, but it was decent, hot and fast.
