Horrible experience with the staff in the drive through. Took one order at a time, didn't give time to fully order before being asked to pull around, attitude and sighs from the staff when ordering. This entire store needs to be restrained or just generally re-staffed.

Please, do not go to this Wendy's. They apparently have too much business. My wife and I just left there. We seen the big sign in the window advertising their two for four dollars deals. However, when we tried to get the deal on the kiosk, it wouldn't acknowledge it and tried to charge us more.
So we went up to the counter to get help and were completely ignored. They weren't busy, they just ignored us. So clearly, this particular Wendy's makes too much money and doesn't need any more. We took our business elsewhere.

placed a mobile order for 11am carry out, showed up exactly at 11am for every door to be locked so i went to the drive thru. after waiting about ten minutes in the drive thru i was asked to pull up which i figured would be no big deal but i was wrong! i didn’t get my food until 11:40am. i watched about six employees pull up at 11:30 and also not able to get inside due to the locked doors, finally when they were let in someone came and asked what i was waiting on and brought my food within minutes. the frostys were melted and the food was cold. it’s clear that my food had been done and just sitting around while they forgot. i did try to go inside twice while waiting and both doors were still locked. not the first time this has happened. if you want warm food or food on time, go somewhere else🤮

Went through drive thru for Frostys after shopping. They didn't give us enough spoons and straws, so I had to walk inside to get them. I was surprised at how dirty the inside looked. The floor was gross and everything felt greasy.
