Stood at counter for about 4-6 mins without being greeted or acknowledged. So decided to go to the drive through and was the complete opposite experience. Would've been a 1 star if the ladies at the window weren't so amazing.

I have type I insulin dependent diabetes and gastroparesis. This extremely limits my diet. Twice I was able to get a baked potato, then magically, they never had them. Due to health issues I cannot drive myself, but I really think this is due to irritation of preparing an item for a person who lives within driving distance and the laziness of not putting a potato in a microwave.

Last Weds., May 29, we pulled into Wendy’s at 11:22 a.m. & attempted to enter restaurant to order lunch thinking they would surely be open Several other people were standing there as well, but a sign on door said indoors opened @ 11:30 so then I got in the drive thru to order Drive thru was also backed up and moving very slowly & so I pulled over & parked again thinking it might be quicker to wait to go inside Long story, short, once inside it was no better! They told everyone to order from a kiosk & then it took over 10 minutes to get our 1st order & 10 minutes later to complete our 2 nd order- no apologies or attempts to be pleasant When I asked for more ice in my drink, was told ice machine was broken & couldn’t give any more ( only got a very few cubes ) Very sullen, rude & unprofessional service Acted as if she couldn’t be bothered to help w/ orders - this was the frontline person handing your orders Also, if restaurant is just opening @ 11:30 a.m. for first meal if the day, why were the bathrooms dirty w/ trash cans overflowing?… Don’t bother taking the exit off of 15/501 on your way to the beach You’ll be very sorry you wasted your time!
