Went through drive-thru because my son wanted a frosty. I wanted a baked potato but they were out, so I got a cinnabon pull apart. It was awful. Must've been microwaved because it was very dry and hard. I'll never get that again.

Went to lunch at 11. French fries and nuggets were cold. The cheese on hamburger was so dried out it would melt.

These people can’t get an order right to save their life! They’re too busy on their cell phones to even attempt to have ANY kind of customer service! The past 4 times we have ordered from here they have messed up over half of the order, and it’s really not that hard of an order! DO BETTER WENDYS! PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR ONCE! There’s no reason as to why we should have to check our food before we leave the window or WASTE gas to go back because they are CONSTANTLY messing up! And then the manager wants to ARGUE when we call to complain?! Corporate needs to get these employees in check NOW!

Stood at counter for about 4-6 mins without being greeted or acknowledged. So decided to go to the drive through and was the complete opposite experience. Would've been a 1 star if the ladies at the window weren't so amazing.

I have type I insulin dependent diabetes and gastroparesis. This extremely limits my diet. Twice I was able to get a baked potato, then magically, they never had them. Due to health issues I cannot drive myself, but I really think this is due to irritation of preparing an item for a person who lives within driving distance and the laziness of not putting a potato in a microwave.
