Went through drive thru for Frostys after shopping. They didn't give us enough spoons and straws, so I had to walk inside to get them. I was surprised at how dirty the inside looked. The floor was gross and everything felt greasy.
Stood at counter for about 4-6 mins without being greeted or acknowledged. So decided to go to the drive through and was the complete opposite experience. Would've been a 1 star if the ladies at the window weren't so amazing.
There must be a new manager! The order was taken promptly, the food was hot, the order was correct and the entire experience was great! This has definitely NOT been the case in the past visits that I've made. Thanks for the service.
