Slack, trashy and rude that’s all there is to say.

Place is always clean and when I get there, my online order is always ready

Pulled up to get food and the employees are outside smoking weed and looking at me like I’m crazy with dirty looks I guess they forgot they are in uniform at work smh

Came through the drive thru around 930pm. They are suppose to close at 10pm. They stated they were close do to short staff. I drive around and count at less 4 people in the restaurant. Smh Very Unprofessional and ghetto

wouldn’t recommend getting salads unless you want to pay $11 for them to give you chicken and lettuce 😒

Food was cold tried calling 15times to talk with a manager and never got an answer! 84 dollars for cold fold is unacceptable

Drove up to drive through and it's dark. Waited 5 minutes and guy finally comes on to say hold I'll be right with you. I ask if he can please turn on the menu lights. He said the lights weren't working. I said okay. Been waiting for 15 minutes and still haven't taken my order. Everytime I come here there is a problem with something. The fries never have any seasoning on them so I always go ask for more seasoning and what they gave me barely covered the bottom of a plastic container. So after 20 minutes of waiting at the speaker, we pulled off and left without even giving our order. There was 1 person in line ahead of us. I attached the container of the seasoning they gave me at the last visit.

This place is disgusting. They wouldn’t let us dine in and made us go through the drive through. The bathrooms smelled and didn’t have paper towels. After waiting 10 min in the drive thru, the Woman taking our order had to run to the bathroom and couldn’t finish taking our order. We couldn’t take it anymore and just left. Not sure how this place is still in business. Go anywhere else but here.

We love Zaxbys being from Ohio, and we do not have it.
This specific location has an amazing staff who did a great job for what appeared to be understaffed.

Never got served. No one at drive thru. Called for service and was told that I would have to wait due to no help. I left after waiting 20 minutes.
