Stole my money

Placed an order, and the app said when it be ready; got a text the order was completed within the time quoted.

Showed up to the place and I see 7 employees hanging out, and I’m told they’re closed (it’s like 4pm) and they “never received my order”.

The app and my credit card says otherwise.

Pretty disappointed in my service on Saturday night 8/9. The girls working evening shift were horrible. Sorry attitude, talks about their customers, curse under their breath and just downright rude. As a business owner I wouldn’t personally want this working for me, and as someone interested in moving to the area this left a sour taste in my mouth. But food was overall decent but for “cook to order” at 8:45 at night because they “close in a hour” it was not at all what you’d expect pretty disappointing all the way around.

Ordered on line, ended up waiting about 30 min after I parked. Food was cold, and didn’t get the correct drink with my order……very disappointed

Workers standing outside while lobby getting full with customers. Employees acted like they didn’t want to work. Chicken tenders smell like Marlboro red cigarettes.
Staff is unprofessional. I ate at a lot of these locations and this one is the worst. Not a single table has been wiped down either.

Food was pretty good. Server was super nice. Took a bit to get but not out the way where it was out of range for fresh prepared food. Seemed pretty clean restaurant..one table needs fixing and someone had put ash tray or cig in trash so you could smell a bit each time it opened but that's really not on the restaurant. Zaxbys is a little pricey for the amount of food but its getting like that at a lot of places. 5small boneless wings and 3 decent size tenders with a little bit of fries and small drink is close to $14. Would definitely consider this a place to eat at around here..but just not as often.

We arrived at drive thru at 9:39pm and waited to order. Someone then comes across speaker at 9:48 and said they are closed. I asked to speak with the manager, bc the hours say they close at 10:00pm. She asked me to pull around to window and told me that she has high school kids working, even though it’s summer?! Then she said college kids and I told her that shouldn’t matter if the closing hour says 10:00pm. This is the second time we tried to order drive thru at 9:30ish and this has happened. This store definitely needs new management and someone who cares to do a good job. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before and you serve until closing time.

I don’t know what Zaxby’s have going on lately but I’m not pleased at all! I spend entirely too much money here every week to be treated like this. If I pay for extra that’s what I expect. It’s not my fault people are not showing up to work like they should I don’t need no attitude! 15 minutes to make a salad is beyond me!

Place is always clean and when I get there, my online order is always ready

Pulled up to get food and the employees are outside smoking weed and looking at me like I’m crazy with dirty looks I guess they forgot they are in uniform at work smh

Came through the drive thru around 930pm. They are suppose to close at 10pm. They stated they were close do to short staff. I drive around and count at less 4 people in the restaurant. Smh Very Unprofessional and ghetto

wouldn’t recommend getting salads unless you want to pay $11 for them to give you chicken and lettuce 😒

Food was cold tried calling 15times to talk with a manager and never got an answer! 84 dollars for cold fold is unacceptable
