The food is good, but not the reason we keep coming back. We really appreciate the atmosphere and service. It's family-friendly and we've never had bad service. My family has been eating here for years and I don't recall ever having a complaint. You know what, the large cheese dip isn't big enough. That's literally my only complaint.

Delicious food, excellent service, and a friendly and helpful staff. Wr brought our family (5 kids + my husband and myself, and we were seated promptly and shown superb hospitality. The bathrooms were clean and the stalls were easily accessible, though the decorative skink was difficult for the children to use, and would be hard for someone in a wheelchair to access.

Absolutely horrible service. Waiter disappeared and had to flag down another one to get my check. Went to pay at the register and they called on my original waiter who didn't have change. Then told me that all I got back was 5 dollars. I gave them 60 on a 45 dollar bill. They still didn't have change, told them to just keep it. Bring exact change or you'll get scammed.

We went to Azteca last night for the first time thanks to a recommendation from a friend. It was so good! Santiago was our server, and he was so kind to our two children. We will definitely be back because of him. The food was delicious, especially the orange sauce!

We have eaten here three times in the last two months. The first time, was excellent. I had the Chilaquiles, my girlfriend had A spinach quesadilla. And we’ve gotten a dessert each time. Both dishes were absolutely excellent. But I don’t know if they have changed the menu or their sourcing for ingredients or the cook or what.
Second time I had the burritos supreme. My girlfriend had the spinach quesadilla. It was nowhere near as good. The burritos were OK. Pretty standard. The quesadilla not so much.
Third time. I can’t remember what I tried, my girlfriend again had the spinach quesadilla. This time, it had so much spinach that it was almost uneditable. There was nothing else to it. The first one had some kind of tasty white sauce. This one had none of that. They messed up the dessert. And my burrito had some sauce on it that was so tomato-y. That I could eat it, but I’d prefer never to have it again.
I don’t know if we’ll be back. There are a half dozen other choices for Mexican within half a mile. It’s really disheartening though. Because after our first visit, we really thought we found our Mexican place for Mauldin. After the second trip, we were hoping that it was just a bad night. But now it looks like the first and delicious meal was a fluke.

Our entire office loves this place. We enjoy good food and excellent service. The owner will do everything in her power to make it a pleasant experience. I recommend them 100%.

Stopped in for lunch. Seated quickly with chips and salsa out immediately. I liked the salsa, it had good texture, a bit chunky, which is a good thing! I ordered the Pollo Maya. Which is chicken, onions, and cheese sauce. Two cheese enchiladas. Very tasty! They have a large lunch menu with good pricing. I'll be back again to have lunch again!
