Upon arriving at the drive-thru, my sister and I begin to place our orders. I ordered the leg and thigh meal with dirty rice and fries. The cashier then said what are you sides, I repeated dirty rice and fries. We then heard them laughing through the speaker. My sister ordered a supreme meal with dirty rice and fries as well. They then tell us they have no dirty rice left at 7:25 pm but only after we placed a second order with rice. My sister tells the female employee, it would be ok to get something else and they never returned to the drive-thru speaker. We drove away and will probably won’t visit this location again. It seems as if there was a level of employee immaturity and nonchalance in providing customer service. Please treat your customers better.

Service was excellent, however they had 1 small tender in my order of 5, but i ate the biscuit, so i was full and didn't complain about it.

They never have their lights on in the morning so it’s hard to tell if they we even open half the time . I waited a few minutes at the speaker just for them to say it was a 5 min wait for Bo rounds. If you all have just opened why aren’t eh basic things prepped already ? There was no one else in line, and the lady cashier was snappy and rude as if it was bothering her that I came to give you all my business. I will never go to this bojangles again, I wouldn’t suggest anyone else go there . They are unprofessional and waste peoples time .

Rude ass employees. For one my 2 year old son was saying hi multiple times at the drive up window the woman working the window didn’t acknowledge him. Yet was on her phone messing around on snap chat, also horrible attitude pretty much throwing the bag at me. Chicken was cold as well. Won’t be back

Everybody here hates their job and needs to find something else to do. Placed my order online and it said it would be ready in 7min I pulled up and was sent to the door for an extra 20 mim even though no one was in line. They would rather stare and smoke cigarettes in your face. Listen to the reviews and don't waste your time or money.
No soap in the bathroom, I ask if someone could put soap in the bathroom and it took 10 minutes

In competition with churches on Pleasantburg for the worst restaurant in Greenville. Closes at 10 PM and told me at 8:50 they had no chicken but thighs and we weren’t making any more. I’m not sure why they were open. I’ve run into weird issues like that several times. I would’ve stopped going by now, but it’s right next to the house. Lesson learned I guess.
