Teenagers more worried about talking than actual service I had placed an online order waited longer due to them talking and playing one guy on a cell phone while taking this ladies order me and another customer both going back and forth saying we won’t come back I haven’t eaten at bo jangles forever and I see why

Food quality isn't 100% best considering my chicken i got was basically 70% burnt. Biscuits, fries, were really good, but my grilled chicken sandwich genuinely tasted like depression. The smell of the restaurant varies but its usually acceptable. The service was slow, took me 20 minutes just to get someone to accept my order. Would eat here again, but just for the biscuits.

I regret not getting her name, but “Cashier 12” on Saturday, January 10 at around 10:30 AM was extraordinarily friendly. She went out of her way to greet us and make our visit perfect. She went above and beyond, and was very friendly.

they asked if i wanted to wait 10 minutes on biscuits. i said sure they told me to pull into one of the spots on the right. mind you this bojangles isn’t even 10 mins from my house. i was gone for 45 mins. sat there for 25+ minutes waiting for 2 large #1 combos both with sweet tea. turns out they forgot about me and had my food sitting at the drive thru because as soon as i came in and said something about what was going on they just pulled it right up to the counter and all the had to say for themselves is sorry. this location is a joke they’re all lazy and move with no purpose and must all have short term memory loss

I love Bojangles. But somehow the upstate continuously hires people who don’t care. Today I witnessed 2 people leave the line, and two cars in a row have to come in for wrong orders.

The dining area is dirty and unkempt.

Wait is forever to take the order at the drive-thru. Had to wait. Then they took our order. 6 people working. Pull up to the window They take our money give us our car back with no drinks. They pull us up after two cars were waiting. Thinking the food is going to be hot and fresh. It is not. Forgot to give us the drinks. Old chicken and fries sitting up under the fryer. Hard fries. Girl worker comes taking her time with no sense of urgency to get us our food. Forgot the drink so she had to go back in make the drinks and come back out. It almost seems like knowing cares about customer service at this store. I know a lot of people agree with this Mauldin Bojangles.

They also say they are closed at 9:30 p.m. there's supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m.

On 8/16/25 @6:34 pm, I went to Bojangles, 801 E Butler Rd. Mauldin SC, 29662, brought 2 2 piece dinners, at drive thru, well got home, took a bite out of the chicken and it had a strong chemical taste to it, and I ended up at the hospital. I called and they finally answered and seemed as if they didnt care, told them what happened and said they would have a head person call me back, the chicken was spoiled or contaminated. I reported the restaurant, and called back today 8/19/25, @1pm , man came to the phone, they wouldn't give me corporate # and he was rude and said our general manager will never back, when i was told thats who would call me in the first place, he didn't say by, just rudely hung up. I still have the chicken and receipt. Now I guess to keep this from happening to someone else I have to go further. Rude people!

I always order online and it is usually ready and correct. How ever it bothers me that the employees park in the handicap spot (without handicap plaque) and they usually take the spot at the front door. Which I'm pretty sure it was an employee that got mad this morning and had something to say to me when I ran in and got my food when I got his parking spot I guess.

The last 3 times I went here I ordered fries for my wife because she doesn’t like Borounds. All three times I had to go inside and tell them they gave me borounds instead. This time I decided to try an online order hoping that it would help them get my order right.. my curbside pickup said it was ready on the app but when I got there they told me I had to come inside. My son didn’t have shoes on so they told me to wait. 10 minutes later they brought my food and you guessed it. Borounds instead of fries. I love Bojangles and live near this location so I don’t want to stop eating here but it would be nice if they could get my order in right for once

TRASH!! They way y'all pissed me off this morning...this shit was ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR! I LITERALLY work across the street. Tell me WHY I was 10 min LATE for my job...WORKING ACROSS THE DAMN STREET!! When I got to the drive through at 745am, ordered at 747am, and got to the window at 755 only to be pulled up because they were waiting on the steak biscuit I ordered, bo-sized combo. Okay, cool that shouldn't take more than five min. I was told at 755 AM that steak was being dropped. Clearly that was a lie. Not to mention I was not the only one waiting. I waited 15 DAMN MIN for a STEAK biscuit?! Not to mention, I received a steak egg cheese, when I ordered a steak. What is the problem? Clearly there's mismanagement or they're understaffed because that is RIDICULOUS!!! I will NOT be coming back. I knew I should've gone to Hardee's, because there is no WAY y'all are THAT SLOW!! Do better!!
