Why is it so hard to order four piece Supremes on their own and a Pepsi with no ice? I asked for this, and I was met with confusion and silence.

This is the slowest and the most worst train staff Bojangles I’ve ever been to no matter what you get whether it’s a plain biscuit, a chicken biscuit or supreme, Even just assigned mac & cheese they are so slow and they will look at you while they’re having conversations goofing off playing around or doing whatever and not make your food and will have you winging 20 sometimes 30 minutes for your order Everyone in there like they’re just friends don’t take anything serious and half the time when you wait for your food it comes out cold. This is such disappointment and the owner needs to take serious action of how his employees are acting whenever he’s not around.

Terrible service , terrible workers never seen a group of lazier individuals they will be nothing in life with the attitude they have and way they treat their OWN paying customers was told to wait a minute and that turned into 15 MIND YOU I was the only one in line and no one was in store this place is lazy and needs new management DO NOT GO !!

Specifically asked please cook to order, we are very particular and sensitive about our food, then turns out only 1 piece is cook to order, the other pieces are either taste stale or worse dried for much longer.I can’t appreciate they just lie and fool customers like this.

My experience here was so bad I never in my life call corporate but I had to this time. Never been so mistreated in my life at an establishment but the young lady they had working at this drive thru on 3/1/24 @ 1:05 p.m. need to find another job cause this definitely not for her. Make a long story short she had the audacity to put my debit card INSIDE MY BOX OF FOOD! I repeat not on the outside but INSIDE! And plus never told me she put it in there. I was looking around and searching wandering why she didn't give me my debit card back until I look to make sure I had my food correct. And it wasn't correct but I let that slide. She kept walking away and slamming the window like I was bothering her by placing an order here. So I waited patiently until she seen I wasn't moving my car and ask her nicely may I have my receipt. Nevertheless will NOT EVER RETURN TO BOJANGLES period!!!! And for anyone else that have issues at this Bojangles call the customer service number to report it.

It’s a bunch of illiterate people working in there. Ask for mashed potatoes without gravy and they put extra gravy ? I don’t understand how stupid could you be. Ask for plastic forks and they don’t give them to you— soon as you pull up to the window Rasputia look alike got an attitude as if you’re the reason she’s working a minimum wage job and they don’t even do it right.Parking: Nothing good

Food was not good. They was out of chicken legs. Bo rounds when I received them were half cooked and had to wait for some more. The biscuit for the Cajun chicken biscuit was falling apart and was not tasty like Bojangles biscuits are famous for.

Good food, but be prepared to wait. We came around 0900 with no line in drive through. Was asked to pull forward. After about 10 minutes of waiting someone came out to ask what we ordered. Then we got the food about another 7 minutes later. Reminds me why I need to stick to CFA.
