Multiple things wrong with my order. Woman in drive thru was VERY unpleasant and it's very obvious she hates her job. I said thank you when she handed me my food and she just stared at me with a disgusted look on her face. I will not be back to the location!

If you plan on placing an order before 8am, be prepared to experience very rude service at this location. This is not the first time, but i thought id give it another shot. They're being paid to do a job, but when they actually have to work, they have severely bad attitudes.

I placed an order through the drive through at 7:40am. When I received such a rude tone over the intercom, I almost drove away, but I told myself I was hearing it wrong. When I pulled up to the window to pay, the first thing the woman says is that I should've placed the order online and proceeded to take my debit card. Why? Why did I need to place it online? Why can't you take my order through the drive through and treat me as if you appreciate the fact that I am supporting your business?

I guess it's my fault for expecting too much. Sheesh....

I am sorry to read that. Some of the other customers have had a bad time at this Burger King. My family and I have had a wonderful time at this. Burger King, we enjoy going inside to sit down and eat. They’ve treated us with tons of respect, laughter, and fresh food. My high functioning autistic daughter loves eating here. She feels like the employees are part of her family. I hope that more people can enjoy this location like we have grateful to have a Burger King closer to this side of town.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair parking and a ramp to get inside.

They are currently serving drive through only and they are still super slow. With no diningroom to deal with, they should be going alot faster. This location is always slow whenever I go here. Gonna get ahold of corporate and let them know

Me and my husband brought our kids in after a Long day on the football field. The staff was amazing. The food was really fresh and really good. The store was very clean. Thank yall for a good experience. The employees that were there should definitely be recognized!!

I told myself after my last experience at this store that I'd never go back. I decided to give it another chance today, and it was the worst experience yet.

The issues started as soon as I pulled in - I placed a mobile order, and waited 5 minutes at the speaker before anyone addressed me. No one confirmed my order items, and nothing was displayed on the screen. I was just told to pull forward.

When I arrived at the window, I was given a total that was not even correct for my order. Besides that, I'd already paid through the app. I told reiterated that I had a mobile order and gave my name, and was told they had to drop fresh fries and to pull forward.

I pulled forward and waited for over 10 minutes, and was then brought the incorrect order. I informed the employee who brought out the food of this, and restarted my name and what was in my ordered.

Another 10 minutes later, I was brought another bag of food. This one was the right order, but two of the 3 items (everything but the fries) were prepared incorrectly.

At this point, I took my food inside and the manager immediately addressed me as I'd he knew something was wrong. He personally remade my food correctly (thank goodness) but by the time everything was said and done, I'd wasted nearly an hour of my day.

Won't be going back, and would suggest you dont either. No part of this process worked as it should. On top of that, the prices at this location are 20% higher than other burger kings in the area, where you'll get your fast food in a reasonable amount of time.

Michael was awesome he was very much enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the process of the app. He was very professional and kind. I was very pleased because you are so quick to judge by tattoos on a person but I personally go through the same stigma because of the same reasons. Keep up the good work Michael and crew.

This establishment is the most disgusting, not taken care of, and the most rudest service ever.

As I was ordering my server asked me not very politely to hurry up. When I asked for what I ordered, she gave me the wrong drink.

When I ordered my food my server also gave me MOLDY, disgusting, foods. And even the meat was barely cooked!

If you want Burger King, do NOT come here. Biggest mistake of my life! I've been puking on my toilet for hours on end now.

Parking: Parking was also difficult as people were just going in and out.

Waited in line for at least 10mins just to be told I had to park when I got to the window. There was only 1 car in front of me. 2 kids meals and an order of fries is all ordered. I also ordered through the app. Won’t be back to this location. Wish I would have looked at the reviews before coming.
