Drive through.
I was the only car

Store was understaffed, and I waited 10 minutes just to order than an additional 20 minutes to get my order. My food was cold and I was very disappointed in my service and experience overall.

If any district level or higher management sees this, please help this store!

We don’t each fast food much but we decided to come out to eat as a family since they rolled out the SpongeBob bikini bottom bundle. We didn’t come with high expectations but it was advertised as the food coming in a pineapple box, with a float, cheese bites, specialty whooper & a pie slice.
Anyway, we got our whopper, fries, no box and no pie and also no cheese bites. What is the point of bringing my kid to eat and being disappointed since it did not include anything that was advertised. Other people around us got it and it was complete. Such a letdown of a supposed to be nostalgic experience

We ordered food and pulled up and waited. The Employee came out with the food, gave it to us, hesitated, and then asked if we wanted sauces. We told him that we would like some barbecue sauce and he ran inside just to get the sauces. We felt like that was going the extra mile, where others would likely just ignore the fact there were no sauces in the bag and leave it as it is. Just really wanted to acknowledge the man working tonight being such a great employee! He’s an asset to this Burger King.

Somehow they messed up almost my whole order. I got two sandwhiches, chicken fries, and mozzarella sticks (asked for marinara and buffalo sauce). They gave me two sandwhiches, two orders or mozzarella sticks, an order of fries, and no sauce. Everything was cold as well!

There is an extremely rude girl working here that lied about not having the Frankenstein shake but still made us pay full price for the meal and also walked out holding two while we were there.

I have been to this Burger King several times and every time I am very disappointed. Tonight I waited in the drive thru line for almost 14 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The young man did come on the intercom and tell me to wait for just a minute. After waiting 14 minutes he finally answered the intercom for the opposite line..FYI I arrived 5 minutes before the other car arrived and there was only one car ahead of me at the window. This Burger King needs to be shut down or hire completely all new people. Also the smell of someone smoking weed is always around that building

99% of the time they are out of coca cola. You would think by now, they would order more because they sell out of it So much. The drive through lady was very unpleasant. No, thank you, nothing or anything, no You're welcome.
