When we walked in, there was a man standing in the kitchen, on his cell phone, wearing a black jacket with a hoodie. He did not wash his hands; he just put his phone up and put on gloves. There was an unattended infant in the dining room- she was sitting in a car seat. The cashier was nice but I won’t be going back.

So we went to Burger King today and the customer service was good. The food was good, but unfortunately, the indoor eating area was dirty and unfortunately, we were informed that they ran out of french fries
I was disappointed with that. However, the staff was kind enough to replace it with onion rings, which made it a little better

Always a problem here. Understaffed!!!!! Today's experience was 1 person running the whole show she tried to talk me out of what I ordered cause she said she was alone and didn't have what I ordered pre-made. Then told me I was gonna wait which I did. When she brought my food she was rude I even thanked her and she shut the window on me with no response. You guys gotta get your stuff together!!!!! Remember McDonald's is around the corner.

They got my order wrong and their service was rude and inconsiderate as hell and they didn't give me the right amount of fries nor the right sandwich they gave me a wrap. I'll never go there again they SUCK

When you're the first one in the drive-thru, you leave 5 stars lol! My food came out relatively quickly and was accurate. Tasty as ever. But by the time I left there was a line of 8 cars in the drive thru behind me. I know that last person is going to be waiting a HOT minute for their food, because this Burger King's drive thru can be EXTREMELY slow (I've experienced it before). But tonight was quick, friendly service, and delicious food for me - well worth 5 stars.
This has been the first burger king that I have been to in the last ten years that have great workers the manager spoke to me well everyone said hello. Store was spotless and my food was served quick and hot. Wish I lived closer to this burger king. Good job manager and staff. May 6 2025 8:45pm
it's amazing here! very clean, the staff are polite. When I visited the toilet, I was amazed by the cleanliness and pleasant smell, two types of soap and the presence of dry towels and a hand dryer. I want to come back again and again😍

Jonathan was super helpful, and was able to get my personal food out quickly while I was waiting to pick up a door dash order. Really nice dude too.
Jonathon, the shift supervisor, took my drive-through order. He was polite, very professional, and completely customer-focused. My Whopper Meal was prepared very quickly, and I was quickly on my way. As usual, the burger was fantastic and the fries were exceptional.
If you like BurgerKing and want an excellent experience, I can highly recommend BurgerKing in Mauldin and in particular Jonathon. Such a cheerful and happy guy.He and his team are a credit to BurgerKing franchise.

I want to start with the cook an the the young man that took my order did a amazing job an I definitely appreciate them BUT the so called GM made my experience horrible the your man taking my order did everything I asked with no problem the GM took it upon herself to come the back and tell me an the employee that I had to get my food a Certain way because it was policy in corporate wouldn’t allow it now I get my food later the same way every time she continues to go back-and-forth with me and the employee saying that they don’t even have a option for it after doing this for a good eight minutes she finally just did it how I asked and come to find out they did have a option for it she talked to them employee like he didn’t know his job an went back an forth with me wasting both our times just to be the one in the wrong an did not even apologize to me or the employee her help was not needed nor was it wanted it’s bad enough she came from the back looking like she was coming down from some type of drug did not look Professional at all while everyone else looked clean an Properly dress so came out looking Clammy an Moist an very in clean an Unkept this was so uncomfortable an unprofessional I’m just thankful she did not touch my food I hope the good hard working employees get a better form of management soon I’m sorry they have to work for her
