I barely had time to sit down before my food came out, it was hot. The fries was nicely salted. The chicken was good and juicy. It had plenty of Polynesian sauce and my nuggets were the best. I really appreciate the fast and friendly service. Me and my husband will be coming back. This was the fastest and best service I ever experienced in fast food.

The strawberries in the fruit cups went from being so old looking, mushy and see through to the last time I got a fruit cup they were the texture of rubber. Doordashed today and they dont put the safety stickers on the drink lids. Everything about this location sucks with the food now! Disappointing !!!

Got a mobile order for Ashley Christmas eve morning. I accidentally ordered the wrong sauce bottle and then I went to check the food and the bread on the minis I got were so doughy that they fell apart and got stuck to the bottom of the box. Didn't even smell cooked. It's fine mistakes happen but a lady named Erica (i believe that was her name, she had glasses ) in the drive thru, when I went to return the unopened bottle of sauce she looked at me as if I had some sort of disease and said they couldn't take things once they've left but I had just spoken to someone on the phone who said the complete opposite about an unopened bottle of sauce. Why did the policy about that change when I got there in person? Whoever I spoke to on the phone was super sweet and helpful but Erica (sorry if the name is wrong) just treated me as if I was a disgust to her personal health. Merry Christmas though

I just got a bacon bowl, and it wasn’t even half full! It wasn’t hot, one piece of the eggs was hard, and it was lukewarm! 😡. I also received a plastic knife in the bag instead of a fork. Hard to eat it with a knife.

It's wild that this location and all the others even have menu boards when theyre used hardly ever. This is the only company that my family and I have to brainstorm what we want and to look up the menu online BEFORE we even go. To have the order taker just standing outside your window while you decide or discuss what you want. Ever go out to a restaurant and have the server stand there the whole time and look at you while you decide what to order? yeah no. Oh but their solution is to give you a small menu to look at while theyre still staring at you. You can ask to go to the menu board to decide, but they'll stand and stare at you. All to have good results in order times that are recorded and reported.
