After a disappointing experience at the woodruff store, this mauldin store was great. The food has the same quality I remember from 8 years ago at the Clemson store. I don't think I'll ever go back to the woodruff Chipotle after visiting the Mauldin one.

Had an online mobile order, that was way behind. I was told in a disrespectful way that they are “extremely busy”. To be honest I do not believe they were busy whatsoever(2 people ordering inside and 3 cars in the drive thru).
Regardless, let’s say that they are “extremely busy”, but you have 4 Employees scattered around the restaurant eating, and one making their own food at the counter is mind boggling. Better yet, you have one employee not working and sitting talking with another employee eating. To me, you must not be that busy.
Food was good, but this is by far some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered.

I come here once a week. Well today I tried the new honey chicken. I asked for double meat and was charged for it. I get to work this is what I have. Only one portion of chicken. I do not recommend getting double meat unless you say on the side. What a rip-off.
We always have a great experience here. The manager, Vince, is awesome and always quick to help if there's a problem. From all the Chipotles we have been to, this one is the best! It's the cleanest and the employees are awesome!

Maybe the worst fast food experience I've ever had. We ordered online, got there when it said the food would be ready, and they told us it would be done soon. 30 minutes and a call to customer support later we got a partial refund. No food, no sorry about that, nothing. There were like 10 others there waiting as well while the employees kept peaking out and laughing. It was ridiculous. The owners, managers, and staff should be ashamed.

Chipotle hasnt been good in 6 year’s corporate greed destroyed a once decent franchise over priced and under delivered. The food is expensive and the portions are insane this location is very clean but the quality is just not worth it.
