The service was horrible the Mexican lady was rude am when she wanna to talk about the customer she would speak Spanish. I ordered something to eat was waiting for the veggie to cook she handed my food to another customer in which she got it back an tried to sell it to us after he had it open at his table. I will be contacting DHEC

First time at Chipotle the other night and wow — the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and in abundance. I’d give it 5 stars if they offered Crispy flour tortilla taco salad shells along with their bowls (I'd eat there at least once a week!). The young lady behind the counter on 1.13.26 was 10 stars - friendly, professional, truly a shining star! We will definitely be back again soon.

Chipotle this one specifically is starting to be so stingy that they are putting your meat in a queso cup and giving smaller portions 10 dollars for a quarter of a chicken breast dark meat is cheaper than any other meat do not go here not worth it

I watched as the guy making the bowls loaded up everyone in front of me and put half a scoop of chicken in my bowl. Yes I counted, 10 little pieces of chicken. I asked for a little more chicken and he said “you’ll have to pay extra.” He seemed brand new because he had to use a cup to scoop the protein for people before me, didn’t use the cup when it was my turn and then used it for the people behind me. It seemed to me there was a clear reason as to why he didn’t do the same… Service is always terrible here and they act like they would rather be anywhere else than getting a vinaigrette from the beginning of the line. I know people have bad days, but it’s every single time I come in. Please focus on customer service and training better.

So happy I paid for double protein and got less than the regular amount. Worst burrito bowl I have ever seen in my entire life. DONT ORDER PICKUP, YOU HAVE TO GO IN AND HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE.

I went in to have a regular meal, how ever the service wasn’t to expectation. The service and the servings were poor, by the end I had a burrito, that I could’ve eaten in a bite I payed 11 dollars for a burrito that was probably worth 5 with the lack of rice and beans and beef. Not impressed.
I swung into Chipotle for a quick bite, and let me tell you… they delivered speed and spice in every sense. My order was ready in record time, but the real magic? The employees. These folks had sooooo much personality it should honestly be listed as a menu item.
They were laughing, chatting, vibing — like the energy in there was its own seasoning. And the best part? They didn’t even blink when I opened my Mexican Coke bartender-style using the edge of the table like I was about to start a bar fight with the glass bottle. Not a single judgmental look. Just pure support for my chaotic, fizzy choices.
Food was fresh, service was quick, and the staff made the whole thing feel like a fun little moment instead of just grabbing dinner. 10/10 would bottle-pop at this Chipotle again.

I ate at this location today around 12:10. I’ve seen overall reviews for Chipotle in the area dropping, and wanted to verify. It’s confirmed. The brown beans weren’t fresh and had little flavor, rice was fresh, but no flavor, same with the corn and mild salsa. The steak was ok, but flavor was diluted due to the rest of the bowl.
