Food is always 10/10 and they get it right but after last night I almost don’t want to go anymore. Lady working the register last night was very rude and made us feel borderline unwanted. She was rude when taking our order, The second food was handed we went to ask for a spoon for our milkshake and napkins but the drive thru door was already shut…We waited for the lady to open it back up and when she finally did she rolled her eyes, we asked for the spoon and she had such an attitude. Gave us a snarky look when we left…Like im sorry a spoon was such a crazy ask???

So I was left standing out here for 14 minutes, so I came up and there was one guy in line cool, I waited knocked on the window no one ever came, Lady came to the window to take my order, said oh hold on and then disappeared for another 5 minutes, no apology nothing So didn't end up getting any food there are more than enough restaurants in these areas that you know bad service doesn't require me to eat here, (edited to add there were three cars in drive threw and they had been there a while so not new)

pulled up, she asked what she could get me and i said hi how are you? no reply so i figured she didn't hear and repeated. now i know she heard and her reply was to ask what i wanted to order, intentionally ignoring my question because i guess she isn't getting paid enough to be polite? Hope they get someone else soon so I can go back, we usually love it here! (went to chick fik a instead today)

This is the type of place I don't check my drive thru order before I leave. I've came here for years and my order is always correct and tasty. Miguel in the drive thru is the kindest and most professional voices I've heard at a fast food restaurant in a long time, ill continue to eat here and recommend it to anyone else looking for something fast, cheap and tasty!

Ordered, young girl working the side window was RUDE as ever and gave us the wrong order. Didn’t realize it until we got home. Went back and the girl working the front window fixed it for us. The girl working the side window is incompetent or high. Either way, she was rude and didn’t do her job well enough to be that rude. 08/18/25
This cookout is and has been amazing every time! I always do a big double tray but mix up the sides as I please. Cheese bites are always fried great, never overdone or underdone, and never stale. Quesadillas always have good meat and portions, and the fries are consistently great. Was served by Jontay and let me tell you, PERFECT service! The best I’ve ever had at cookout ever. 11/10
