I have not been to the Greenville SC location but I have been to the Mauldin SC location many times. Overall 3 because of the lack of consistency in what you get. Service 5 as I am always greeted. Atmosphere 2 because while mostly clean, it is not welcoming. Feels sterile and cold. As for the teas, the flavor is always delicious BUT consistency is just not there.
