I have not been to the Greenville SC location but I have been to the Mauldin SC location many times. Overall 3 because of the lack of consistency in what you get. Service 5 as I am always greeted. Atmosphere 2 because while mostly clean, it is not welcoming. Feels sterile and cold. As for the teas, the flavor is always delicious BUT consistency is just not there. You get very different looking and tasting teas depending on who makes them. One employee makes them great with swirls...
Tea was ok. Cashier was so rude. This was our first time at a boba tea shop. Of course we had some questions - very rude, very short. acted we were an inconvenience to her. Took her 5 mins to even come out and serve us. Their menu in the store doesn’t tell what type of teas they are…. The people are always nice and they actually have the tea I love! You order exactly what you want. Yea toppings are extra but worth it. I order Passion Fruit black tea with 30% sugar and 30% ice with original boba. Love it!
