Never open when they say

Your owner set u up for failure. 1 cook for morning rush hour with 2 small ovens. People cant wait 20 mins for sole minis and hash browns. Kids were late to school. Will never come back! I blame the owner not the workers

First off it’s hit or miss if your server smiles and acts like they are happy to have a job and serving you. I go there a lot but service is very inconsistent. Today I ordered avocado toast with bacon. Got cold avocado toast with out bacon. Very disappointing.

This is a very busy location in the mornings. But the staff got me in and out very quickly with a to-go order of donuts and no special drinks

The employees are nice enough, but the service is horrible. The drive thru takes forever and every time I come here my order is messed up or they miss part of my food or both. I always have to check that every item is there or I won't get items that I paid for. I always place a mobile order, so there are no communication issues. The employees just don't pay attention to the ticket and don't double check that everything is there before they hand out the order. I would like to be able to order from here for delivery on Uber eats but don't dare because I know things will be missing.

Such kind and sweet service! They were out of the donuts in my order and offered to make some on the spot for my kids. They are the prettiest donuts ever, and they brought them out to my car with a smile!

Me and my grandfather ordered food
1.the guy did not give us a receipt
2. Was just doing the drive-through orders and handed them their food first instead of taking the customers that were upfront And handing them their food
3. This is a complete. You really need to fix your store and make sure you check who you hire.

Me and my grandfather walked in there one day, maybe a month ago or less
And He was handing I don’t know his name. I don’t remember what he looks like, but he was handing Other people, their food instead of ours
So about maybe 10 minutes of staying there waiting for our food and seeing the drive-through and other people get served We asked him about it and he said it will be out in a minute
And then we waited maybe another five or 10 minutes we were there for about a total of a half an hour
Some lady asked what we’re waiting for and I told her and then I told the guy again what we’re waiting for we had to repeat herself at least five times and we spoke very clear and I know they were English
And the lady goes I don’t even know what they’re saying and then proceeds to serve other people that is very unprofessional
Meanwhile, I have my toddler in there with us
So after 10 minutes of asking us what we’re waiting for and we told him another few minutes go on And he asked us again what we’re waiting for may I remind you manager we already told him about three times within the matter of 10 through 25 minutes of waiting and us telling him what we got
And then he repeated it back to us and we repeated it back to him and we get to where we’re going our destination and we open it and he didn’t even do the orders, right !!!

We repeated ourselves more than three times at at least after three times. I gave her attitude because I was very frustrated. It is unprofessional for your workers to say I don’t know what they’re saying and then proceed on and serve other people. How could you own or at least? How could you yourself? Let people like that work there especially when we’ve been standing there for 30 minutes. They were on professional. They were very rude.

Every time we go We’re always waiting 10 minutes through a half an hour. This is ridiculous. I would not go to the store again. They always mess up on everything. Their employees are very rude. Very mean very unprofessional. Go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts even if it’s 10 minutes. Five minutes over it is not worth going to this one.

I was still half asleep from dropping off my great-grandson at school and totally missed the speaker to order, so showed up at the window to order. The lady was absolutely brilliant she said it was not a problem. They got my order and gave it to me with a smile and we joked about my silliness. Will definitely be going back but I will use the speaker to order next time

The Nice Gentleman working alone was so nice and helpful and you have to appreciate someone doing it by themselves and giving good service Thank You Donuts were Delicious and my pups loved the pumpkin holes

Why does it take 30 minutes to escape this drive thru hell? There is no escape route. You must be committed when thinking about grabbing a quick treat. My soul left before I even made it to the speaker.

This store lost it’s original group of workers and the new workers are so incompetent. I asked for four sausage, egg and cheese, chipotle wraps and I somehow ended up with 16 bacon wrap and they don’t take care of their regulars. What a shame.

I was there at 9 and only one Headlight donut was left. The vanilla cremes are getting smaller and smaller with less and less creme. But the price keeps going up.
You could disguise this ripoff better if you stocked smaller boxes.
