I have been to this location multiple times. I was very disappointed today. I had the worst cup of coffee ever from Dunkin. The coffee smells and taste burnt. The coffee smell is in my car and in my house. Can't drink it. Donuts were good.

This dunkin isnt “ bad “ it just isnt great either. The guy at the window will hold you there to talk foreverrrrrr ! it takes a very long time as well.

This is my second time coming here. The first was through the drive-thru and today I went in the store both times the service was outstanding. They're extremely kind and patient. The store is squeaky clean and smells so good! I had no business being here getting donuts and a drink but here I am getting donuts and a drink and they are amazing!!!

Coffee isn't consistent and service is always slow, even when you order online and wait 10 plus minutes.

Manager was very rude and was not helpful at all. Then proceeded to talk badly about customers loud enough for everyone there to hear her. Definitely shouldn't be how a manager should act. How disappointing.

We just bought 2 everything bagels, toasted with cream cheese in the morning... and they were HORRIBlE. You could tell just by holding it that it wasn't going to be good, then it tasted like they toasted yesterday's bagel and served them as fresh. The bagels were just unedible and wasted money.

My coffee was made perfect. Which typically is not done. The drive through clerk Johnathan was absolutely amazing! He was courteous, pleasant, accurate, and truly a refreshing experience. Especially at this time of year. Dunkin’ Donuts he’s a keeper.!

Whenever I have to come to greenville from laurens, I stop here for a coffee and munchkins. The staff has always been nice and fast. The young man at the window has always had a smile on his face and in his voice.

This location needs a little improvement. The staff can sometimes be unwelcoming and orders are constantly incorrect. I believe there was a change in management in the last six months because it used to be great. I do recommend using the drive thru instead of the lobby as they put off the lobby many times to take care of the drive thru.

Placed a mobile order specifically for the seasonal Halloween munchkin bucket, order was confirmed in the drive thru to move forward to pick up. At the window, the woman first tried to hand me someone else's order, then realized she was serving the incorrect person. Then flatly stated "now you know we don't have those buckets until maybe tomorrow if we even get them at all." Of course I didn't know that as I was able to order and pay for the item. I asked what could be done since it was already paid for, she said I could have the regular ones or get a refund. I chose the refund since I wasn't able to get the item I paid for. I did get the separate spider donut I ordered, however, you can see how poorly assembled it is in the photo versus how it's advertised. I've got three incredibly disappointed kids and I will definitely not return to this location.
