Whenever I have to come to greenville from laurens, I stop here for a coffee and munchkins. The staff has always been nice and fast. The young man at the window has always had a smile on his face and in his voice.

This location needs a little improvement. The staff can sometimes be unwelcoming and orders are constantly incorrect. I believe there was a change in management in the last six months because it used to be great. I do recommend using the drive thru instead of the lobby as they put off the lobby many times to take care of the drive thru.

Placed a mobile order specifically for the seasonal Halloween munchkin bucket, order was confirmed in the drive thru to move forward to pick up. At the window, the woman first tried to hand me someone else's order, then realized she was serving the incorrect person. Then flatly stated "now you know we don't have those buckets until maybe tomorrow if we even get them at all." Of course I didn't know that as I was able to order and pay for the item. I asked what could be done since it was already paid for, she said I could have the regular ones or get a refund. I chose the refund since I wasn't able to get the item I paid for. I did get the separate spider donut I ordered, however, you can see how poorly assembled it is in the photo versus how it's advertised. I've got three incredibly disappointed kids and I will definitely not return to this location.

This is the worst Dunkin location I have been to in the whole Upstate!!! The wait is always 25 minutes or more with or without line long lines!! Mobile orders don’t matter either because even after the long wait and making it to the window your drink will still be getting made !!

I only go to Dunkin to get my caramel craze signature latte! Sometimes it’s a hit or miss but Johnathan makes it on point!! The only reason in which I’m mentioning him is because he has stood out to me with his super friendly tone when I go through the drive thru!! I’ve had a couple of bad experiences here with rude employees and mean faces. But he is definitely the friendliest there! And I made sure to let him know. I know we all have bad days, but I don’t think employees should take it out on customers. Thanks Jonathan for being you! Also, I’m sure there’s other wonderful employees there that I haven’t had an encounter with. ? Thanks guys for your hard work and great coffee.

The store is not suppose to be closed until 8 PM, but they closed their lobby at 7 PM apparently. We drive an extremely large vehicle and it makes it hard to go through some drive-thru’s, noted this one. They’re out of caramel, they’re out of sweet cream foam, they’re out of cold brew, and the personalities of the staff sucked. I understand it’s not the floor workers job to do the ordering and etc., however; they could forewarn people as to what they’re out of, and at least offer an apology for not having literally anything we tried to order. Thank God, there was a Starbucks across the street!!!! And they will be getting an amazing review!!!!

The store cannot be entered during opening hours. The drive through only serves drinks. Very disappointing
I show up at opening and during the afternoons on my days off. The crews are friendly and welcoming. Both the ladies each morning, and the afternoon bunch have been nothing but kind and warm with each visit.Most people rate on food and speed, but it is the people that make make the desire of continued business that much better. It is Dunkin, after all. Nobody should expect a bougie French cafe or Italiano scene. The workers are people just like you and me. They have good days, bad days, and go through the daily ups and downs. Give people a break. The world is far too broken to continue chipping away at the little things

Was a chaos, Staff were super unprofessional. Ordered a Hot Coffee (cream and sugar) a sparkd energy (berry burst) and 2 glazed donuts. well the coffee was absolutely terrible aswell as it had no sugar or cream! and the sparkd energy drink came the wrong flavor! only thing they got right was the donuts. I tried telling them about my incorrect order and they yelled at me and told me to buy anoter one. Will never be coming back to this location ever again!
