Very disappointed with this visit. We waited over 40 minutes and never received our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and there were empty tables when we arrived. The table next to us got their full meal, finished eating, and we were still sitting with nothing. The waitress did bring two complimentary empanadas to make up for the delay, but after another 15 minutes passed with no food, it felt like we had been forgotten. Overall, an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

I ordered chicken empanadas and bread with cheese when I arrived they had beef empanadas in my bag and 2 corn cakes for $20 I corrected her on the empanadas and she gave me chicken like I asked for over the phone I trusted that they gave me the rest of my order correctly but when I drove all the way across town and got home I noticed I didn’t have bread with cheese I had corn cakes (and i did not eat them because that’s not what I ordered) so I gave them a call and the lady was arguing back and forth with me wouldn’t accommodate me in any way for $20 that will be my first and last time coming here I’ve have way better customer service at Colombian restaurants all I wanted was to get what I paid for since I didn’t touch those corn cakes but they wanted to argue and not accommodate me very very bad for business !

This place is really great. The employees were helpful, and pleasant. The atmosphere was relaxed. The lady who took my order informed me that it would take about 50mins for my dogs to be done, so I bought a couple of sodas, and say down and enjoyed the wait. I was pleasantly surprised when she came with the rest of the food sooner than expected. The empanadas were great, and the papas were so good! I definitely would recommend this eatery to anyone craving authentic Columbian food!

Went in to get our service tuned down at 6:30pm when they close at 7! No one even asked if we wanted something quick or even an appetizer, how do you close the kitchen before you actually close ! It’s ridiculous and will never be back to any of the locations.

It is unfortunate that’s I have to go on here and write this. I have been a citizen of this state and city for over 20 years. And on the same token I have been a patron for this location. Today I went on there and ordered what would be considered an appetizer. small, medium and large were the options. Being that we were 4 and a child’s we thought a large “normal” would be sufficient. Well time passed and another waitress which did not take the order came out with an aluminum tray that was enough for approximately 12 people if not more.served in a catering aluminum tray; all of us at table said oh no. That is huge that’s not what we ordered. The original waitress failed to inform us from the beginning that this was a huge catering size tray. We refused the order and even asked if it was possible to reduce the portion to make it a normal smaller size they said that they were not able to accommodate that for us and the waitress asked us if we were ready to order. We placed an order and then she came back and told us she was sorry but she was not able to place the order because her boss/owner was not in to clear the previous order from the system. She then told us she would also take care of the drinks. She was apologetic. The rules and policies the owner she has established for her employees y is not the patrons responsibility. How ever I strongly believe she should train them better and have them be informative of the portions of what the customer is asking for. Now the owner has placed a post with images of my elder father, a four year-old child which is illegal; and that’s considered exploitation of a minor and elder. My brother and my sister in law. and myself on social media saying that we ate the food and that we left without paying and on top of that she’s saying that it’s the second time which is absolutely and completely false. I recommend this specific meal to part of a catering menu. . I encourage the future customers to this restaurant to ask questions before you place your order so you don’t go through the same thing that I’m going through. I am going through defamation of character. Which I don’t wish on anyone it is a very ugly feeling I can add to this that I am grateful that God has always given me the provision to purchase a meal Wherever I choose to go with no problem. I don’t need to leave a restaurant without paying. The owner of this place has stated on social media that it’s not the first time which is an absolute lie for which I will go to the police department and place a report I believe God is my provider and I have been able to purchase and enjoy the meals that God has always provided for me and my family.i have a and believe in a greater and more powerful God he will clarify this situation. The food is delicious, and I like the one at the new headquarters even more, but terrible, tenacious, terrible, terrible, the service of the waitresses 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻…. How ugly it really feels that you have ordered what you want to eat there and share with the family and as soon as you arrive at the place you have to have a hard time because of those girls and their rudeness in responding and the faces they make 🤦🏻♀️…. If you don't like customer service, quit!!! There is nothing better than arriving at a place and being treated with respect and a good attitude, you will want to continue visiting that place, that is called CUSTOMER LOYALTY! That the client does not return only once, but that they become loyal clients. I am not the only one who thinks about the service, apart from that I see several comments and I also hear them in person 🤦🏻♀️….. I hope they really improve! But my comment is about this Carriel by MAULDIN…. The other Carriel I have nothing to say about them!!! They are very Gentle! Until now!

I liked eating at this restaurant but the service is horrible and add to that the fact that they charge you $8 and $9 dollars for a juice, or the owner wants to get rich off of juices! Learn from other local businesses where the juice costs $4.50 max $5, but $8 dollars for a juice without milk and little, I mean the place was not nice, a restaurant that looks more like a bakery... they are overkill.
