Bad service both times. First time, service was bad, but food was decent so we decided to give them another try. Last time, the manager waited our table causing our experience to be bad, and us not wanting to return. He was so busy checking out people he couldn’t even attend to our table. From the start we felt rushed. Wrong food, drinks, had to take my tacos to go in the aluminum foil they came in, couldn’t eat them at the restaurant because they were cold, and at that point I was just ready to go. Workers just standing around looking lost, not one came by while he was busy to check on us. So much more could be said. I don’t write reviews but this was so awful I had to.

I absolutely love this place. The food is great but the customer service is out of this world! The staff treats you like you're old friends (even from my first visit) and go above and beyond to make sure that you have a pleasant experience. I cant say enough good things about this place. My first experience with them was a togo order that my husband picked up and it was missing an item (luckily we live very close) usually this would have been a deal breaker for me but between the taste of the food and the AMAZING care they showed to make things right we were hooked. The next time we dined in and our waiter was so wonderful that we decided that we would dine in from now on because we love the atmosphere so much.
