My first time here and we were very impressed. I had the cheese steak sub and she had the roast beef sub. Both were made to perfection. My sub was more filling than I expected and the fries were amazing too! The workers here are patient, kind and well trained. The restaurant is spotless and I love the firehouse theme. The parking was great and the restaurant is easy to get around in, for people with disabilities. I will definitely be back!

Picked up an order on Sat and meat and bread seemed fresh — sandwich wasn’t overloaded with mayo or soggy tomatoes slices that will make a sandwich sloppy! Therefore I will be returning.

Stopped in here to get a quick sub, this is a cute firehouse with a dedication to Mauldin fire department. Wasn’t super busy, ordered food to go and waited about 5-7 mins to get it, I’d love to see more vegetation options here as well as organic veggie or bread options.

New to the area... stopped in for a meatball sub and had zero regrets. Arguably the best meatball sub I've had from a chain restaurant. The guys behind the counter were pros and had my order to me in just a couple minutes. I'll be back for another meatball sub for sure!

While we have enjoyed previous visits, we were very unhappy with the quality of the food, particularly the subs were soggy and not fresh at all I don't know if something while the delivery was being made. Specifically, bland, and the bread was excessively soggy and not fresh. We understand that occasional issues can arise, but the overall quality of our meal was significantly below what we expect from Firehouse. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues with your food preparation and ingredient quality. We value your establishment and hope to see improvements in the future. The offered me $12 after myself and 3 others were unable to enjoy lunch because of the quality of the food was disgusting. I've never experienced this type of service at this store and they just lost a customer
