Why is it so hard for people to change gloves when preparing food? I mean if you touch anything out of the food while preparing food, then you need to change gloves. The young woman had a bit of an attitude as if she did want to be at work and was a bit rude.

I ordered online from the app and was given a pick up time of 11:15am. I showed up at 11:13 and didn't receive my food until 11:45am! I asked the employees how much longer and they assured me it was being worked on but they had a large catering order come in. I understand that but my issue is that every single person in the dining room, regardless on when they came in (a few came in after I got there), was served before my order was even worked on. I had a couple special instructions regarding the sandwiches in the app and they were also ignored when the sandwiches were made. This is absurd. I have never had any problems before today with having my online order done in a timely manner or done correctly, until today. My boyfriend missed an Uber ride to the airport bc of this 30 minute waste of time!
