Ordered the new maple biscuit and it was hard as a rock tried to call several times no answer my super bacon biscuit egg was dried out like it had been sitting for a while I recommend them to start removing food when the time is up

Well paid for a cup it fell so employee kindly gave a new cup.. the manager begin raising her voice at the employee for giving a new cup as if it was for free. Explained it was paid for. Got to the car began to eat my biscuit. There baked inside my biscuit plastic. Took the biscuit back manager yells to make a new biscuit with no plastic. Ain't no way I can take you serious. Long story short bad experience from beginning to end. Appetite shot money wasted...

Drive thru order. Out of 4 combo meals, gave us one wrong sandwich even though the receipt was correct. Dr. Pepper tasted bleachy and watered down at the same time. Fries taste like greasy cardboard without salt. Didn't ask if we wanted or provide us with ketsup and no napkins. Friendly staff at the window, but she clearly doesn't have competent coworkers to help her. Not worth $52. About half was all we could stand before the rest was thrown out. What a waste.

It took an hour to get our and the double cheeseburgers we cold.
All the tables where dirty.
Had to clean with a napkin before we sat down
I'll never eat at the Maudlin Hardee's again

The customer service here is great. Every person I've encountered has great customer service skills and should be training others around. The food is pretty good although I feel it is lacking. It is not the fault of the workers though as I believe the food quality has gone down since covid.

My husband came through drive thru at 11:15 for 2 biscuits, they were stale with a hard inedible egg and a hint of cheese,what's up, you used to have a great breakfast, ours ended up in trash, never again
