I really enjoyed my lunch at HipBurger. Great tasting burger and the Garlic/Parm fries are so good! A Strawberry shake finished off my meal. Oh! Very fast and friendly service too! I'll definitely be stopping back in to try their other menu items 😋

The name suggests trend over taste, but what it delivers is craftsmanship. The burger is bold, juicy, and well-balanced. The bun is fresh, buttery, and soft and elevates it. Garlic parm fries are rich and crisp. Nuggets are unexpectedly well done.
The standout is the Hip Sauce. Subtle, complex, transformative. It ties everything together without overwhelming.
Service is fast, staff are warm, and the space is clean and stylish without trying too hard.
Hip Burger doesn’t reinvent the burger. It just does it right.

This was our first trip to a HipBurger. I got the burger bowl, and my husband got the bacon burger and parmesan fries. Everything tasted very good! The indoor dining area was ok, but for some reason, our table was shaking the whole time. 🤔

It was our first time dining at this new fast food restaurant and overall it was very amazing! The manager Grantt was an excellent person and his service was great! I will come back with my entire family to eat here for sure 👌. Thank You HipBurger! Josh

I am not one to leave reviews as it is my opinion there are always two sides to every story. However this particular situation is unfortunate…… We rarely go in but love the Hipburger salads. We went through the drive thru ordered our normal chicken salad bowl, cheeseburger bowl and a bacon cheeseburger meal. Paid full price of course for the food… Upon receiving our order, the salads were stuffed in the bag dressing oozing out the tops (the bag eventually tore open) making it impossible to look through. When we arrive home we see the mistake of having been shorted our burger (receiving a kids nugget with fries). We try to call multiple times and left messages, but have not heard back. We would have traveled back to the restaurant but we live a solid 45 min away. Having not received a response regarding the mistake is the most disappointing issue. We had a similar issue with Chick Fil A and they were on it. We enjoy the Hipburger salads but also enjoy the Chick Fil A as well…. You mix that with impeccable customer service and we’ll pick Chick Fil A everytime. Just my thoughts, that and 10 cent these days won’t even buy you a cup of coffee.

I will no longer eat at HipBurger. My first issue is the lady at the drive thru window gave me my food and kept my card. My Second issue is the burger looked like leather and was crunchy. My third issue is the managers cocky response when I asked if he would eat that burger. He stated yes I would eat it, I eat anything… REFUND! The only thing That was good is the coke.

Went thru the drive thru and got a burger and ordered of nuggets. The patty on the burger was burnt on one side. The nuggets wasn't even hot and some of the nuggets had uncooked batter. I called back up there and one answered.

Delivered. The food was packed as though I picked up myself from the restaurant. There were no sense of safety securing the food products, the food was delivered and the bag folded with no tamper proof tape (not a sense of security from tampering); However, the sandwich presentation and taste was good. I would like to order again and use a delivery app. Yet, I would like to be assured that my order will have tamper resistant tape for both foods and drinks. Secured*.
