Got this burger through the drive-thru, service was excellent and both the person who took my order and took my money were very polite. The burger itself was pretty incredible, the hipsauce was hip indeed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new burger spot.

Was my favorite burger place for a long while. Eventually I noticed the employees started slowly transitioning from highschool students who are happy to make a buck to adults who are not quick enough to work anywhere else. The food has gotten progressively worse and now they are selling on DoorDash as well which is definitely not doing anything good for their quality control. My most recent venture 15 minutes from home to hipburger ended up being the worst and final visit. Person taking my order was clearly either disabled or high as a kite. I get everyone needs jobs stick them in the back stoners cook good food no reason to be talking to them through the box. I get my order 1 drink is wrong and I’m missing a burger entirely. I only noticed after getting home so I drove back went inside this time to be met by an adult worker with purple hair…. I explained what happened and was then met with a blank expression l. Ended up getting the burger which was nowhere near as tasty as when I first started eating here months if not a year ago. Left and will not be back.
