I went there with my family yesterday, but before we could even order we were told it would be about 30 to 45 minutes for a new batch of broth for the ramen to be available. We went to a different food offering beside the place, which took every bit of 30 minutes for the food to be ready. While we waited, I saw them taking orders from other folks, no mention to anyone about a wait, and those people being served. I figured perhaps the broth became available sooner than anticipated, and suggested we get some food to go, as we'd wanted to try this place. No sooner do I walk up, same guy stops me, says their broth is unavailable for 30 to 45 minutes. I don't know why I was discriminated against, but it felt very directed.

I waited over 40 minutes for rice and tofu that was unimpressive. It was such a waste of $12.
Not a great place for first timer, I came home with upset stomach

Flavors are ok but the bowl is barely warm enough to eat. My chicken was actually cold. I took it back and they said the broth is supposed to warm everything up so they put more broth in it; however the broth isn't warm enough in the first place to get the warmth you would expect from a ramen bowl.

If you're going to offer a vegetarian protein like tofu it would be nice to make clear that none of the base options are by default vegetarian, as apparently the miso and soy options both have meat in them, while it's obvious that the pork base has, well, pork. Or, better yet, add the vegetarian base option, which your Facebook says you have, to the menu. When there's an affirmatively vegetarian option that also helps make clear that the other options are not.

We just had a sad experIence at this “restaurant”. Hoped to grab a quick snack and drink. We were out of luck. Ordered three kinds of dumplings and were warned it would take five minutes extra because the steamer was full. After waiting at least twenty minutes we went back to the counter to check on our order. Were told five more minutes. Much more time than that passed when my daughter went to check again. She was given two of the three varieties we had ordered and told again “five more minutes.” After we had already finished the first batch the buzzer finally notified us that our last batch of dumplings was ready.
It was a lovely day and to avoid the reverberating noise in the food hall we enjoyed sitting outdoors in the breeze, so the ridiculous wait might not have been such an annoyance if the food had been good. But again we were out of luck. The dumplings were doughy, so limp they fell apart when you picked them up and fairly tasteless. It was not possible to discern a difference in flavor between the pork, veggie, and the not-spicy-at-all “spicy” beef. The frozen dumplings from the grocery store are far superior.
Don’t waste your time or money at Hotto.

Two of us enjoyed thirty dumplings for dinner. The beef dumplings were good. The vegetable dumplings were fine. The chicken dumplings tasted like canned chicken. Their dollar-a-dumpling Tuesday deal is good. Dumplings were a little undersized. Ten easily fit in a smallish container. Sauces were very good. They need a website with their hours listed.

Food is sub par. Hibachi grill is plain and not flavorful. Their “dumplings” are basically pot stickers from Sam’s club. On top of that, they forgot the “dumplings”, and when they brought them out, they brought the wrong ones ☹️ Won’t return

I’ve never left a negative review before, but I reached out privately and never got a response, so I felt like I needed to share this here. I visited on Sunday, 5/11 for Mother’s Day and ordered from Hotto Noodle. I paid $16.49 (including tip) for a rice bowl that came with just four cold shrimp and plain white rice. Two of my sweet and sour sauces were missing, and the dumplings were cold in the middle.
The meal didn’t reflect the price I paid and was honestly disappointing. I understand off days happen, and I’m not trying to be harsh, but this is the kind of feedback I’d want to know if it were my business.

This Rice bowl was an absolute joke. Just rice and dry chicken. No veggies. For $10 in 2025 I expect more from a place at this new food hall. Friendly staff, quick service.
The Staff was nice about it, but whoever designed this menu has never been to an Asian restaurant before. The nicest thing about the meal was the quality to-go container it came in.

Delicious and vegan friendly. However, their spiciest noodles (ranked 3) are HOT. Prepare thyself.
