Me and my family live in Washington state my fiancé was born in South Carolina for me is my first time coming to the state my experience at this jersey Mike’s was very excellent. I cannot wait for my sandwich to eat what pulled me in was the classic van with Jersey Mike’s Logo on it. I was told by employees that the owner or the management that owns the vehicle was thinking about selling it. I personally think it’s a bad idea. I think the positioning of the vehicle is in a bad spot. I hope next time that I come to South Carolina, the car will be there. The staff was very excellent to me even the southern hospitality I hope the management sees this and doesn’t get rid of the vehicle and tell their staff. They did a good job because they deserve it

I got a wrap and it was dry, the wrap was not soft because it was breaking apart. No mayo nothing to make the wrap worth eàting.

I always go to the Mauldin location, I met Devin today, a fairly new employee at Jersey Mikes. He made my sandwich perfectly, I didn’t have to critique anything. He made me aware of my next purchase being a free sandwich and provided excellent customer service. Thanks for the pleasant visit Devin!

How about thawing the gluten free bread before the store opens? Thanks for wasting my lunch break and my time. They said it would take 5 minutes to thaw then that turned into me waiting for 20 untill they finally said it would take longer. The customer service was atrocious and they didn't respect my time. Guys behind the counter had a terrible attitude. Just say it's not available if it needs to thaw, how hard is that?

I ordered for my dad. The guy in Mauldin was a total jerk. By the time I got to where we were going to eat we found out that our chicken cheesesteak it was actually a beef cheesesteak for someone who cannot eat red meat. I would never go to the Mauldin location.

Very expensive!!! Only bought a water for my wife. It cost $3.00, that shocked me very much. You can by a beer at mist places for less.
