So, since Wendy's across the street did not want to bother stopping their smoke break to take our order, my husband and I decided to go to Jersey Mike's.Great food and service!!Jacob did an excellent job ?.He listened to our order and he worked quickly to make sure to get our food to us quickly.We will definitely be back.10 / 10!

I have been a fan of Jersey Mikes for several years and have had their food at several different locations and was ecstatic when they opened a shop in Mauldin. I have been enjoying their steak and cheese subs since they opened. Last week I had a bad experience that kind of ruined my night. But I spoke with Joseph the next day and he was a true professional shift manager and worked to make things right. When I went in tonight I met the manager Jacob who made me a totally awesome sub and was very nice. As a previous business owner I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the totally delicious sub Jacob prepared for me. If your in the Mauldin area and have a hunger for a great subs stop by the Mauldin location. Thank you Joseph and Jacob.

In general it wasn't a bad experience When i went the other day, but i believe his name was Zayn? His customer service and general attitude was absolutely horrible and kinda ruined it for me. But i went to one in Simpsonville on North main Street and the customer service was phenomenal.

The store was not busy when I arrived (people sitting at two tables). I saw two employees and they were nice and helpful. Every table was very dirty (food/oil on them) and the trash can was more than full. I sat at a dirty table, that I wiped off, and ate my sub. When I left, I was the only customer in the building and, still, the tables had not been cleaned and the trash can had not been emptied. The employees did not seem busy doing anything other than standing in the back room talking. This business will not last long, since there are other restaurants people can go to that are clean and well stocked.

My niece had a free sub sandwich for her birthday. Which I never received my free sandwich for my birthday. Besides that she was eating her sandwich as it was so delicious. I took it upon myself to order the club sandwich and it wasn't for me. Something on it was too salty and the bread was to tough for my liking. I think I'll stick with Jimmy John's their sandwich are better in my opinion ??♀️
