Just arrived home with 2 sandwiches. The bread was over-baked hence the bottom was hard. Not good. I ate my sandwich without the bottom. I won't be back to this location.

Placed an online order to-go for a work lunch. When I arrived, the sandwiches were all done in time. Even though I could’ve carried the bag myself and they were busy, Dan insisted on brining it to my car. Super friendly staff! Food was great and everything was per order.

I really like the food but was treated very rudely today. I placed a drive thru order but decided to go inside since I was going to be on the road for awhile and wanted to stretch my legs. The man at the counter snapped at me and said I wasn't going to get ahead of others by coming in. I didn't deserve this. As high as prices are these days I don't need my sandwich coming with a side of attitude. Perhaps there are other shops in the area that would value me as a customer.

I used to love this location. They were super fast and even delivery was fast. This was my first experience getting something delivered since they switched to Uber and I won't be doing it again. I placed my order at 7:50 pm. Before it would've been at my house by 8:10 at the latest as my house is down the street. It will be an hour before the food arrives. Worst experience with Jimmy John's I have ever had for some sandwich combos to be $40.

We love Jimmy John's and stopped in here a couple of times during our stay in the area. A very busy area with great access into and out of w/o getting stuck in traffic. (take the access road to the adjacent car wash/Zaxby's).
My bday coupon was acting weird but Anya took great care of me and made my sandwich with no problem!

I ordered 4 subs.. 2 subs the bread was perfect. The other 2 subs the bread was dark, and the bread was hard. It's difficult to eat a sub when you can't even bite into it cause the bread is so hard, and has a taste to it.... like a over baked..almost burnt taste.
