With the flip of a light switch that will do it for the KFC on West Butler road in Mauldin the store just recently permanently closed. All orders will be taken at the next nearest KFC restaurant located on Fairview road in Simpsonville South Carolina and the abandoned video that I shot there yesterday is now up on YouTube

The generally they're pretty good but tonight I ordered two of their spicy chicken bowls and only receive one spicy and one original. When I got home and notice the mistake I tried to call but no one answered. The internet said they close that's it and I started calling around 9:20 p.m. all the way till 9:50 yet still no answer. I was kind of upset about that because it's not like I live 5-10 minutes away from them it's a 30-minute drive for me to get back to that KFC.

Online order said 6:33 pm, I got there at 6:40 and they did't have any extra crispy, finally got my order at 7:15, came home and got mashed potatoes instead of Mac n cheese. Not very happy

Fast food should never take so long to get. I ordered original recipe and got crunchy chicken. I would have sent it back but by the time I got the food, I was really hungry and had no idea how long I would have to wait for more. My husband ordered 2 breast and a wing but got 1 of each. He did get his order fixed.The restaurant and restroom were clean so that's a plus.

Went at 5pm for dinner, no tenders with a 20 minute wait. Had to opt for a sandwich, asked for no pickles and ordered a couple extra sauces. Did not get my sauces and of course the sandwich had pickles. Got mac and cheese and fries as a side, no plastic ware was provided and the fries were soggy. Chicken was cold on top of everything.

No crispy chicken.... no sweet tea.... order not correct after 2 different people taking my order... parking lot dark no lights on....KFC sign is dark too its 8:30 PM... THEN THE CHICKEN WAS SO SOGGY I THREW IT AWAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered online an hour before their google hours said they closed. They were closing and the girl at the window acted like she didn’t know how to open and sipped on her drink in front of us. Down $20 now :)
Bad experience. Waited 20 minutes for an order of cole slaw. Tried to get their attention after 10 minutes but everyone was at drive thru. One lady sitting in the office didn't have a care in the world. The manager was nice but not apologetic. Girl that took my order disappeared. Really, how long does it take to put coleslaw in a bowl. Never again as KFC has gone down hill. Back to bojangles and popeye's. All that leave reviews as you can see they don't care as they never reply back.

They close at 10pm and we went before 8:30 and was told that they did not have any wings left for Today. We asked did they have legs and was told that they only had breasts. So apparently no chicken was being made for 1.5 hours. We left without ordering anything.

KFC is the worst run franchise in Greenville!! Never open and then lie when you call them! I’ll never eat that terrible pieces of small chicken again! Terrible value run by even worse people!!

Long wait in drive thru. The cashier Christian had to come out to ask what my order was. No sense of urgency or customer service. Came just before 6 and they said I needed to wait for chicken. 5:47 food was ordered. Not crispy chicken came out at 6:18...
