6/2/25 stopped for a quick dinner inside. Working out of town. There aren't any Long Johns anymore back home, I loved them so I was definitely going to try this one while here. Yes it's a little dated, but it was clean, great customer service, food was good. Thanks for the great service, food and memories of eating at Long Johns when we had them in NC.

Ordered 2 of the 2 piece fish baskets. The fish was awful. It was extremely hard and the pieces were extremely small. It look as if 1 piece was cut to make 2. This is a rip off. Long John's has really gone down.

Nasty attitude from the lady at the drive through window. Slammed my food down while putting it together. I pulled up to the sign and no one said anything, so then I pulled up to the window. She got all bent out of shape. All I said was I had an online order, she went ballistic. Great food, nasty service . She also gave me the wrong drink. Ordered rootbeer she gave me Dr.Pepper.

We met for my dad’s 97th birthday party (he loves LJS). The service was amazing and our whole family was served quickly. The food was delicious and generous helpings. The staff was friendly and provided wonderful customer service.
Couldn't find nicer people. Greeted us as we walked in. Took our garbage for us. And said goodbye when we left. Food was hot and fresh.

Great service and food. Staff go above and beyond regularly. Can be slow at times, but the food is fresh when they're running slow so as long as you're not in a rush, I'd consider that a good thing.
