Placed a significant order for company from out of town that wanted LJS. They forgot 1/2 my chicken. So I had to drive 15 min there and 15 min back again. Then I got to sit down and eat my hour old cold fish. Not so much as a sorry when I picked it up. No can I do anything else for you. Heck...how about a would you like a 25 cent cup of tea for the road. Just disappointing.
So my wife convinced me to try LJS one more time. And I get a partially raw piece of chicken. You can't make this stuff up. Do you people even try? Rice seemed like they had old rice that they mixed with new rice to get rid of it. NEVER AGAIN!!! THIS PLACE IS GONNA GET SOMEONE SICK!!! I can be convinced to forgive a lot of things. But raw chicken isn't one of them!! Dine at your own risk!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE FOOD went to eat here last night was met with all employees who were there just standing around on their phones only one woman was actually cleaning. The cook in the back of the store kept swearing at his boss. Myself and other people could here. No general manager in sight

6/2/25 stopped for a quick dinner inside. Working out of town. There aren't any Long Johns anymore back home, I loved them so I was definitely going to try this one while here. Yes it's a little dated, but it was clean, great customer service, food was good. Thanks for the great service, food and memories of eating at Long Johns when we had them in NC.

Ordered 2 of the 2 piece fish baskets. The fish was awful. It was extremely hard and the pieces were extremely small. It look as if 1 piece was cut to make 2. This is a rip off. Long John's has really gone down.
Stop here for lunch on my way bk to Columbia sc today and it was the BEST LONG JOHN EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD THE MANAGER AND STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL...DEFINITELY MY NEW LUNCH SPOT WHEN AM WORKING IN THE AREA..

Nasty attitude from the lady at the drive through window. Slammed my food down while putting it together. I pulled up to the sign and no one said anything, so then I pulled up to the window. She got all bent out of shape. All I said was I had an online order, she went ballistic. Great food, nasty service . She also gave me the wrong drink. Ordered rootbeer she gave me Dr.Pepper.

We met for my dad’s 97th birthday party (he loves LJS). The service was amazing and our whole family was served quickly. The food was delicious and generous helpings. The staff was friendly and provided wonderful customer service.
