I'm visiting my bestie here in Greenville all the way from San Francisco and we had the urge for Italian food. Honestly, I wasn't expecting too much but as soon as we walked in the smell of th delicious marinara sauce hits you and I knew it would be delicious. Our table ordered 5 cheese pizza, Hawaiian pizza, lasagna and I had spaghetti and meatballs. All very good but I'm really writing this review for chicken wings. The chicken wings were my favorite item...so crispy and succulent, I honestly could have made that my whole meal! Beyond yummy! And I must add the owner so sweet and funny...trying to teach us Itailian. So come for the Italian food but don't forget to order the chicken wings!

My husband and I went here on a whim and I am so glad!! The food is nothing short of amazing. The customer service was exceptional. The chef came out to speak and educate us about items on the menu. Fantastic experience. We definitely will be returning. We had the amalfi with sausage added and the chicken alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli added.

The Amalfi is so friggin' delicious and the Alfredo is probably the best Alfredo I have ever had! I would add photos of our food, but our plates are clean. If it wasn't rude, I would be licking my plate off!

I am in love with this restaurant and cannot wait to go back again! I have not had authentic Italian food/ fresh handmade, homemade food with beautiful ingredients, so lovingly prepared in a very long time. From my first bite I couldn't help but smile. If anyone wants truly authentic food this is the place to go. I guarantee you won't be disappointed. The chef is wonderful and I can't wait to bring more family and friends here. I feel like I have found a hidden gem.

Authentic Italian food!!! The owner Ludovico (he is also a chef) is from Napoli, and he truly knows Italian cuisine! Everything looks and tastes homemade, with fresh and delicious ingredients! The restaurant is small and cozy, and it feels like you are dining with locals somewhere in Campania. Our server Natalya was attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you want an authentic Italian food experience!

We visited Piccola Italia in Mauldin last night after seeing their impressive 4.7-star rating, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, our server, Natalia, made us feel right at home. When she learned we were first-timers, she brought out Chef Vico, who shared his captivating story from Italy and explained how each dish is made fresh.
He recommended the baby octopus special, and his passion had me sold! I was a bit hesitant since I’d never tried octopus before, but his enthusiasm was contagious. It arrived beautifully cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. My wife opted for the Ziti Siciliano, and it was just as spectacular.
We paired our meals with the house Chianti, which was smooth and delightful. To top off the evening, we indulged in Limoncello and tiramisù—both were heavenly!
This place truly deserves every bit of its 5-star rating. Bravo, Piccola Italia! We can’t wait to return!
