We were ignored and waved away by the man in the window. As people that have worked in the food industry, kinda ridiculous. You have a window and hours. Follow them.

This is our go to! Yes parents there is a play place!! They always keep it clean and the staff work really hard to keep the place going! Wanted to shout out Thomas who always greets every customer and make sure everyone experience is good! People like him makes a place feel just like home! Thankful we found this play place as us parents need a moment and kids can have fun and play!! Definitely recommend!

Ordered 40 piece nugget with two large fries and a large milkshake. Got no fries and a medium milkshake despite paying for both. Don't come here if you expect them to get your order right

Just went through the drive thru. Missing a fry and the sandwiches were dry and hard. I don't understand. Is it that hard to make sure the food is fresh and to check the bag to make sure everything is in there?

I came at about 4pm and had to wait 20 mins even though there were only 2 other cars in the drive through. The lady at the first window was friendly, but the lil girl at the second window was utterly miserable. She was looking at me nasty and she didn’t say A WORD to me. Absolutely dog water service, and then I got home and the nuggets were old and stale, the fries weren’t fresh, and they didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. Ive worked customer service for years and there is absolutely no reason to be this bad at your job and this rude to people. 2/2 of my visits here have been AWFUL. This McDonalds is the worst one by far and needs to be shut down.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. Placed an order for breakfast while at Ingles at 10:24 and immediately checked in on the app for it.
Got to the store at 10:31 and wasn’t greeted until 10:34. Was told they couldn’t “pull my order”. Why would it need to be pulled when I already checked in and was to pick it up?
If cutoff time is 10:30, then orders placed before 10:30 should be honored.
This is exactly why this location is consistently rated horribly.

(Im assuming the guy was a manager since he was the go to guy, If he was not the manager, the manager had to witness the situation and knows who the employee is)We had a question due to food being ring up incorrectly. Didn’t get solved so ask for a refund. Manager gave back incorrect refund, he then became very hostile yelling and screaming at us swearing at my wife.To resolve the issue the cashier gave us the correct money from her purse. The manager was a short black male very unprofessional. I’d like to follow up on this so someone please contact me.. I still have a receipt. This happened around 730pm August 8th 2025. . I’ll be calling other #s and the morning manager… If need so if you have cameras behind the register please see his demeanor……
This McDonald's consistently serves items as they should be. Service is always prompt and friendly. I've never driven away from here offended by anything I experienced. This is over a 30-year.period.

This McDonald's is unprofessional. I ordered a meal from Doordash and they forgot my fries. The next day I placed an order on the McDonald's App for pickup; fries were missing again, the condiments weren't with my order and we waiting almost 30 minutes to get our order. All around this McDonald's needs to do better.
