If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever is working there tonight at 9pm shouldn't be. I run doordash and I get there, they didn't come to counter because they were all too busy playing with each other like a bunch of kids. Then finally they did just to tell me the order wasn't there. Turns out someone else took off with it. I finally managed to get them to re make the order. It was like I hurt them doing so. Very very rude. I would've fired everyone there working tonight. Literally everyone. Something definitely needs to be said to them before someone else does.

Terrible experience there for breakfast. Rude staff, play area is disgustingly dirty- DEAD ROACHES! took 40 min to get our order. I didn’t even want to eat it after seeing the dead roaches. Asked to speak with manager as did several other customers and the manager refused to come out. Will not be returning to this location.

The drive through tonight...the ppl were very rude. Didn't pay attention to my order and then after they looked at the receipt and went back in the building to call themselves fixing my order...still didn't get my order right. The dinner shift at this McDonald's is horrible. With that being said my experience tonight was bad!!!!!!!!! I will not be going to this McDonald's around again!!!!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The management seems completely indifferent to how this location is run or the behavior of its staff. There is a tall, older male employee who becomes argumentative when mistakes are made on the behalf of the restaurant and their employees , and instead of resolving issues professionally, he raises his voice and tries to involve other employees to agree with him even if you ignore and don’t engage him. He is very aggressive and irate for no reason to point I felt unsafe. Reported to management with no response. Despite saying they do in replying to reviews. Management doesn’t care and does not respond to any feedback.
The food quality is also disappointing often old, cold, or poorly prepared, with melted smoothies and ice cream. If negative stars were an option, this location would deserve them. The interior of restaurant is filthy as well. Never coming back and advising everyone I know not to come here.

We were ignored and waved away by the man in the window. As people that have worked in the food industry, kinda ridiculous. You have a window and hours. Follow them.

This is our go to! Yes parents there is a play place!! They always keep it clean and the staff work really hard to keep the place going! Wanted to shout out Thomas who always greets every customer and make sure everyone experience is good! People like him makes a place feel just like home! Thankful we found this play place as us parents need a moment and kids can have fun and play!! Definitely recommend!
