Doordash delivers your pizza so expect to wait nearly 2 hours

I left before ordering as I thought a “buffet” was more than what was offered. For $16 plus drink I was offered a choice of meat, fried chicken- BBQ- meatloaf- baked chicken… and chose three vegetables. This is a meat and three at an inflated price. No refills on vegetables at this price. The meat portions were regular standard size so I had a hard time with the price which did not include desert for the $16+. Maybe I missed something but for me to stand at the hot bar and place my order and then take it to a table for $16+ expected something more.

Sorry no pic I was starving I had the cheese steak pan pizza it was fantastic the crust was perfect the steak was delicious and the cheese sauce yummy

This store tried to close over an hour early. Nevermind the fact that when the delivery driver got there they said they already gave our food to someone else and had to re-make it after telling her they were closed at 9:45 but they aren’t supposed to be closed until 11:00…. We eventually got our food but it was delayed and quality was below average….this will be my first and last time ordering here as there is too much other competition in the area for all the issues they appear to be having (see the customers reviews as well)

I ordered a supreme pizza from them today 4/27/2023. The order was wrong! It had pineapples on it, and I can’t eat pineapples!!!! I called to speak with a manager about the order, and was hung up on. Called again, I was placed on hold, and then a female staff member picked up. I started explaining what happened, and before I could finish, she hung up on me!!!! The staff is trash, the I couldn’t eat the pizza, so I gave it away. I will never order from them again!!!!

Make your own pizza is flexible, but gets pricey fast. I love this chain from my younger years. I would love a good veggy option that doesn't break the bank on the standard menu...

This place is a travesty. Same experience as all the others. Ordered a pizza at 5:30 it is now 9:00 and still nothing. Called 5 different times. I've been put on hold never to hear from anyone, hung up on and told some call center would call me but never did. Finally ordered from another place. I will never order Pizza Hut again.

Ordered online at 5pm. 28-35 mins. 5:35 delivery time. After 1 hang up from this store and 4 different people putting me back on the waiting line and waited 20 mins each time before I hung up. And as of 7:40 still no food. Will definitely not order again from here. 0/10 would never recommend. Maybe the staff needs some training or get better management. Pretty embarrassing to run a establishment like this.
Trash. Never delivered my pizza. Better to just go through door dash at least they will help you resolve the issue

2 hours waiting. I called to check & make sure everything was ok, maybe the driver got into a wreck etc. It rings & rings then they hang up on you cuz they don't want to answer the phone. Sad, I told the call center you all can deal with them & tell them to cancel our order since they won't answer anyone else.

Fries had too much seasoning which I could not eat. The pizza melt was too hard and you couldn't even taste the cheese. Was not happy with my order

Terrible...we ordered a pizza on a Thursday night..45 minutes later we received a text Door Dash delivered to the WRONG address. We called Pizza Hut and the remote Call Center who picks up for Pizza Hut continued to hang up on both my husband and myself on 2 different phones. Call Center is rude and is NOT doing Pizza Hut any favors or repeat business. I asked to speak to a manager of the Butler Road location and was hung up on or on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up...what a disappointment having relocated to this beautiful city with SEVERAL pizza choices.
